Audio qui ne marche pas sous ubuntu 23.04

Coucou cool

j'ai récemment installé ubuntu 23.04 sur l'ordi Thomson N17V3C8WH512 de ma copine.Le driver audio est de la m.... j'ai essayé de suivre ce sujet (pour debian mais valable aussi sur ubuntu) sans succès: No sound in Bullseye

L'icone du son apparait bien sur le tableau de bord avec la tonalité qui bouge dans les paramètres sonores quand je vais sur youtube par exemple mais le son ne sort pas pour autant.

J'ai blacklist le SOF redémarrer... rien... blacklist du snd_intel... redémarrer... rien non plus.Je suis a court de solution.Voici des infos complètes sur la configuration de l'ordi.Actuellement c'est SOF qui est chargé.

Dans alsamixer, MASTER et PCM doivent être à 80 % et sans qu'ils soient marqués MM au-dessus ou en-dessous.
Souvent par défaut la sourdine est activée.

Et pour info > des échanges, avec du es8336.

Je n'ai pas master ni pcm mais meme en mettant les headphone a 80% sans le MM le son ne sort toujours pas.J'ai vu le lien concernant le ES8336 mais je vois pas trop quoi faire, je dois recompiler le driver c'est bien ça ?

Autant pour moi j'avais pas vu wink quand je lance pavucontrol j'ai "Connexion a PulseAudio, veuillez patienter..." et ça reste bloqué la dessus.Comment dois-je procéder pour installer le module snd-soc-sof_es8336.ko ?

moi j'ai le même retour avec sudo... tu n'es pas en root ?

Si tu as un problème de son sur les haut-parleurs, il faut donner le retour d'Alsamixer, après avoir sélectionné les HP via F6. Là, tu donnes les retours avec le casque.
