[Résolu] Disparition d'ubuntu

Bonjour,
J'ai un petit gros problème. Il y a une semaine les charnières de mon PC (Dell XPS15) se sont cassés, jusqu'à provoqué un dérèglement du bouton on-off, qui a entrainé un redémarrage permanent du PC (que je ne pouvais pas empêcher) et ce jusqu'à ce dernier s'essoufle. J'ai donc emmener mon PC chez un réparateur, qui a réparer les charnières, et m'a informé qu'il n'a pas touché au disque dur.
C'est là que commence mon problème : mon ordinateur démarre directement sur windows alors qu'il était originellement en dual-boot, avec grub et ubuntu en priorité de démarrage. Mais désormais, grub n'apparait plus !
De plus, quand je démarre sur une clé externe, le disque dur de mon PC est invisible.
Auriez-vous des solutions pour que je puisse retrouver ubuntu ? Ou tout du moins récupérer mes données personnelles qui étaient sur ubuntu, quitte à réinstaller le système ensuite.

Bonjour
Tout simplement, le boot-info n'a pas détecté ton disque.
Vas donc dans le bios et regarde comment est positionné l'accès au disque.
   A mon avis, le réparateur l'a mis en mode RAIDS ou IRST en conformité windows au lieu de le mettre en mode AHCI pour être conforme à ubuntu  ou cela s'est fait automatiquement par une réinitialisation du bios.

Bonjour,

Effectivement il était en mode RAID, je l'ai passé en AHCI, mais là plus rien ne marchait : ni grub, ni windows qui affiche alors la page de réparation.
Mais j'ai pu fait un boot-repair sur le bon disque ! Que dois-je en faire ? Faire la réparation conseillée ?

=> Windows is installed in the MBR of /dev/nvme0n1.
Regarde d'abord si le bios n' est pas revenu  dans le mode  choix LEGACY prioritaire au lieu du choix EFI.
Ta structure boot EFI  me semble en très bon état.

J'ai regardé dans le bios, le choix prioritaire était bien EFI et non legacy

Est-ce que le grub s'affiche?
Si oui, peux-tu choisir? entre ubuntu et windows

Même en appuyant sur la touche "Maj" au démarrage de la machine ? (C'est normalement la procédure pour faire apparaître le menu grub si caché)

Plus de 50 ans d'informatique, ça en fait des lignes de commandes en console, mais on n'avait pas le choix...
Excellente raison pour, aujourd'hui qu'on le peut, utiliser au maximum les INTERFACES GRAPHIQUES !

Alors fais le boot-repair recommandé,  il devrait corriger le problème d affichage du grub

Regarde d'abord si le bios n' est pas revenu  dans le mode  choix LEGACY prioritaire au lieu du choix EFI.
Ta structure boot EFI  me semble en très bon état.

Bonjour , justement , il faudrait donc , plutôt placer le mode de démarrage du BIOS en CSM ? ou en LEGACY .
ca voudrait dire que windobz demarre en LEGACY et pas en EFI . si ubuntu aussi ( ce qui devrait etre le cas puisque ca fonctionnait avant ) , alors ce sera gagné .

Fort à parier qu ' une reinitialisation du BIOS a eu lieu à un moment donné , volontaire par le réparateur , ou bien suite au défaut ??

J'ai donc testé avec le mode legacy, ça n'a pas marché, l'ordinateur a affiché un message d'erreur comme quoi il n'a trouvé aucun fichier pour booter.

Et j'ai essayé la réparation recommandé de boot-repair, cela n'a rien changé à la situation. Je met le boot-info après la réinstallation de grub :

Et je ne sais pas si cette information peut aider, mais lorsque je tente le démarrage en AHCI, windows ne démarre pas (comme nous l'avons dit plutôt) et affiche comme code erreur '0xc000025'. Cela peut-il aider à comprendre ce qu'il se passe ?

Et je ne sais pas si cette information peut aider, mais lorsque je tente le démarrage en AHCI, windows ne démarre pas (comme nous l'avons dit plutôt) et affiche comme code erreur '0xc000025'. Cela peut-il aider à comprendre ce qu'il se passe ?

il demarre en mode pas AHCI ?
ubuntu demarre en mode AHCI ?
il faut que tu sois bien plus precis sur ce qu ' il se passe pour chaque tentative , nous on ne voit absolument rien de ce qui se passe chez toi lors de tes tentatives ...



Dans le tout dernier boot-repair , on voit :

ce qui tend encore à dire que le mode de démarrage n ' est pas EFI , a moins qu il y ait plusieurs problèmes .

Merci beaucoup pour vos messages d'aides !
J'ai retenté une réparation avec boot-repair, même cette fois-ci avec l'opération de purge de grub avant de le réinstaller ! Et ça a fonctionné, le grub s'affiche avec comme choix ubuntu et windows (avec le disque dur en mode AHCI). Ubuntu fonctionne parfaitement, mais lorsque que je choisis de démarrer sur windows, écran noir, et je retombe sur le menu grub. C'est maintenant windows qui disparu, et malheureusement j'ai besoin de pouvoir booter sur windows à certaines occasion. Comment puis-je réparer cela ?
Faut-il que j'ouvre un nouveau sujet pour ce 'nouveau' problème ?

Sauf erreur de ma part, il faut que tu repasses en mode RAID dans le bios pour pouvoir lancer Windows ... ?

Sinon, faudrait voir la manip du message #17.
Par contre, aucune idée de la pertinence de la chose, n'ayant pas la possibilité de tester. Faudrait l'opinion des autres intervenants concernant la manip ...

J'ai essayé de repasser en mode Raid, grub s'affichait mais ni plus windows, ni plus ubuntu ne fonctionnait.
Il y a t-il un moyen de savoir quel était le mode d'origine avant le problème ? (entre Raid et HCPI) ?

Pour résoudre le problème windows
1) Remettre le bios en RAID
2) Lancer windows.
3)  Enlever IRST si présent
4) Mettre windows en mode réparation
5) Remettre le bios en AHCI
6) Rebooter windows
7) Accepter les réparations
8 Remettre windows en mode normal
9) Rebooter windos pour vérifier que tout va bien.

Le problème est que en choisissant Raid je ne peux plus non plus accéder à windows, pas même sur la page de récupération/réparation. Après avoir sélectionné windows dans le grub, je tombe sur un écran noir quelques secondes, et je reviens au grub. Je ne peux donc pas suivre la procédure que vous me proposez geole... À moins qu'il y ai un détail que je n'ai pas saisi.

Lorsque le bios est positionné en RAID, on sait que  ubuntu ne peut pas fonctionner
Si tu dis que  windows  n est plus proposé, il est possible que le bios veuille  lancer  ubuntu    qui est probablement prioritaire
Peux-tu rebooter en live usb et  changer l ordre de boot pour mettre windows en premier, le temps de faire cette action.
