Bonjour,
J'ai acheté la doc BMW K1200GT 2003 sous forme d'un cd.
Que ce soit sous Windows ou Ubuntu je ne parviens pas à l’utiliser (ce n’est pas un pb physique mais logiciel.
Dans ubuntu 22.04 lts j'ai ces erreurs:

je suppose que le logiciel recherche des dll dans le mauvais chemin.
Je voudrais corriger ça, mais je ne comprends pas comment configurer wine (wincfg) de façon à ce que le chemin où se situent les composants n'est pas le bon.

Je te déconseille d'utiliser wine directement car trop complexe et risqué pour la santé de ton système. Je te conseil d'utiliser wine via Lutris ou Bottles, afin d'exécuter ton programme windows.
Suis ce guide, c'est pour les jeux windows, mais c'est la même méthode pour ton programme.

Si t'as installé wine uniquement pour ton projet, alors oui je te le conseil. Avec une méthode pour complètement l'enlever afin de partir sur une bonne base via Lutris

mais salut,
Lutris c'est pour lancer installer des jeux, j'ai suivit la méthode donnée en lien, mais c'est pas compatible.
Moi ce que je cherche c'est à configurer wine de façon qu'il aille chercher les .dll de .net au bon endroit sous linux
J'ai re-contacté BMW qui m'a vendu cd manuel de réparation il recherche une solution ......

cd sensé fonctionner sous w98. moi je suis sous linux via wine en mode doubles clics sur l'icône du programme, soit en le lançant dans un terminal via wine (il s'exécute quoi qu'il arrive via wine) et  j’aboutis bien a l'interface et à une partie très light du programme et çà me gonfle (une doc version papier c'est quand même mieux, qd ça existe

j'ai un pc équipé de w10 natif, le cd fonctionne comme il fonctionne sous linux, mais de manière limité.
comme je tourne sous ubuntu 22.04lts, j'ai lancé le programme en mode terminal via wine afin de voir ce qui se passe.
je déduit qu'il y a un mauvais chemin parcouru pour accéder au dll framwork .net mais je ne vois pas comment modifier la configuration de wine pour qu'au moins je n'ai pas ces erreurs.
le cd s'e xécute aussi bien (mal) sous windows que sous linux, mais sous linux j'ai peut être une piste et c'est celle là que je veut suivre.
je  suis en train d'installer Bottles sur mon pc de bureau.
playonlinux aussi permet de faire tourner des programme windows sous linux, mais si les variables d'environnement winepath ne dont pas correctes il y aura forcement des messages d'exécution dans un terminal.
j'ai des capure d'écran disponibles mais je me rappelle jamais comment on fait sur ce forum

Je te recommande de prendre le temps de t’intéresser à paramétrer Lutris pour ton programme, plutôt que de t'évertuer à utiliser wine directement. Je n'irai pas plus loin pour mon support.

Je comprends dans ton propos que tu mets un terme à ton aide.

Lutris, ainsi que Bottles, permettent de paramétrer ces histoires de DLL et autre .net pour un programme exe en particulier. Ils ont été conçu pour exécuter à la perfection des applis windows. Je te recommande de prendre le temps de t’intéresser à paramétrer Lutris pour ton programme, plutôt que de t'évertuer à utiliser wine directement. Je n'irai pas plus loin pour mon support.

Je suis dans la demande, et je n'en fais pas un mystère. Si j'utilisais wine c'est que je n'en connaissais pas d'autres.
J'ai installé les deux prog que tu m'as conseillé d’utiliser, et, là, sans explication tu me plantes (pour le dire rapidement).
Si je lance Lutris, sauf erreur je ne peux que "jouer" je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de faire tourner (mon prog ne s'installe pas il faut le faire tourner sur son cd).
Qd à l’autre j'ai pas compris comment il s'utilise. J'ai qu'a me dé..rder ..... je vais essayer!
Si j'ai fais une demande d'aide sur le forum, c’est pour en obtenir de manière volontaire et sympathique de la part des intervenants, toi j'ai l'impression que tu ne considères pas vraiment ton interlocuteur.
Désolé par avance si tu me trouves brutale de ma réponse, mais c'est une façon de te montrer que je regrette que tu me signifies de cette façon la fin ton aide
Ma décision prise il y a déjà un bon bout de temps de laisser tomber les Windows, n'a pas fait de moi un linuxien très pointu.
L'aide que m'apporte le forum m'est indispensable, mais chacun est libre.

Oui, je comprends ta frustration. Je t'ai aidé en pointant deux solutions pour utiliser wine avec ton appli. Je te recommande de prendre connaissance de guides pour Lutris, afin de comprendre son fonctionnement et de pouvoir faire le paramétrage spécifique à ton programme windows. Il y a beaucoup de guides pour Lutris. As tu au moins cherché ?

Merci de continuer à me procurer ton aide.
Je n'ai pas cherché de tuto ou autre à propos de lutris, son icône faisant partie après installation dans la liste des logiciel, je l'ai lancé et tourné, viré dans les menu, et n'ai vu que des indications concernant "l'émulation" de jeux.
J'ai donc installé "bottles" "bouteille"

Manual Install
Make sure you follow the setup guide for your Linux distribution before installing
flatpak install flathub com.usebottles.bottles

Je ne trouvais rien pas de trace de ce logiciel.....
