Contradiction entre nom Bureau et Desktop

Bonjour,

J'ai installé Ubuntu 24.04 sur mon nouveau PC Tour. J'ai un souci. Dans Caja j'ai le répertoire Bureau. Mais dans un terminal, je dois utiliser le nom Desktop pour y accéder. Comment remettre ceci en ordre SVP ?

Bonjour,

Pour se faire une idée, donne le résultat complet de la commande :

ls -al $HOME

Tu pourrais aussi poster un exemple de commande dans laquelle tu as utilisé Desktop au lieu de Bureau ...

Bonjour,

Pas de répertoire Bureau dans le premier niveau de ton répertoire personnel, mais il y en a bien un nommé Desktop ...

Pour une recherche plus générale :

find $HOME -type d -iname bureau

Dans Caja, c'est bien Bureau qui est affiché et non Desktop. Pas contre j'ai Download et non Téléchargements !

c' est bien pour ça que j' ai demandé les 2 retours ... on voit clairement qu ' on ne peut donc pas utiliser indifféremment l' un ou l' autre donc .

c' est l' idée , mais a faire pour tous les dossiers avec des noms différents des traductions française ( ou vice versa )
