disparition de partitions lors d'un update vers 9.10

Bonjour à tous, j'ai un petit problème avec la dernière version de kubuntu.
Plus exactement avec l'utilisation du noyau 2.6.31-16.

en effet, 3 de mes disques ont disparu enfin pas vraiment les disqus, mais leur partitions.

J'utilise mdadm pour faire du raid 5 sur 4 disques 500Go (3 samsung et un Seagate sdc)
Qd je boot sur le noyau 2.6.28-15, pas de problèmes, tout fonctionne, md0 est monté.

Par contre qd je boot sur 2.6.31-16 ça marche pas.
un cat /proc/mdstat me montre alors que seul sdc1 (le seagate)  est inclu dans le raid, les autres disques (samsung) ont disparu.

si je fais un

ls /dev/sd*:
/dev/sda  /dev/sdb /dev/sdc  /dev/sdc1  /dev/sdd  /dev/sde  /dev/sde1  /dev/sde2  /dev/sde3

sde est mon disque système. comme vous pouvez le voir les partitions sda1, sdb1 et sdd1 ne sont pas listées

si je vais voir /var/log/messages pour voir quelles sont les différences lors du boot, voici ce que j'obtien:

comme vous pouvez le constater, alors que sur 2.6.28, après le premier  chargement de sata_nv, les disques sda et sdb sont chargés, tandis que sur la version 2.6.31, il passe très rapidement au chargement du deuxième sata_nv, les disques seront chargés ultérieurement.

Quelqun voit-il une piste que je pourrais suivre pour résoudre ce problème?
