Il y a potentiellement un bug avec le script de démarrage, voir ici : https://github.com/Bumblebee-Project/Bu … issues/337
J'ai donc modifié mon fichier bumblebee.conf ainsi
# XXX: do we need to stop before / after a graphical DE like kdm?
#start on (login-session-start or desktop-session-start)
#stop on (desktop-shutdown)
start on (runlevel [2345])
stop on (runlevel [016])
relancé mon micro et ça fonctionne.

J'aurais besoin d'installer apitrace sur Ubuntu 12.10 64bits pour diagnostiquer un problème dans primus.
Apparemment, il y a des problèmes dépendances, et glxtrace manque à l'appel après la compilation.
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ? (@ArchangeGabriel ?)

@wilson1984: Ta sélection était parfaite, bien qu'elle ne fasse pas avancer le problème. Est-ce que tu peux me copier le contenu de /var/log/Xorg.0.log? Pour les dons, on a décidé il y a très longtemps que malgré le fait que beaucoup de gens voulaient en faire et que ça pouvait nous être utile soit pour soutenir VirtualGL à l'époque, soit pour acheter du matériel hybride AMD ou Optimus avec port HDMI non fonctionnel, on n'accepterait pas les dons, car d'une part ce serait compliqué à gérer pour nous comme organisation, et d'autre parts, les dons sur un projet libre servent à encourager l'équipe à poursuivre son travail, et qu'on ne fonctionne pas du tout comme ça, on y consacre du temps quand on en a et puis c'est tout. Donc un merci suffit.

J'ai retrouvé un affichage correct de mon bureau ! Encore une fois merci beaucoup pour ton aide.
J'observe cependant une performance légèrement moins bonne de bumblebee que lors de mon installation avant cuda : lorsque je lance
optirun glxshperes
(120 FPS au lieu de 160 FPS initialement (mais seulement 60 FPS sans optirun donc c'est déjà mieux ;-) !)).
Me conseilles-tu de réinstaller bumblebee ?

@wilson1984 : Non, les performances ne sont pas très stables d'une fois sur l'autre, ce qui compte c'est que les applications graphiques fonctionnent bien, et arrivent à gérer avec 60 fps les situations que la carte est censé gérée. Les FPS au-delà de 60 sont inutiles de manière générale...

J'ai installé Ubuntu avec bumblebee il y a quelques mois pour une personne novice et parfois le PC se gèle avec l'obligation de rebooter de force avec le bouton On/Off. Je viens de voir qu'il existe un dépôt Asus qui pourrait peut-être améliorer la chose et j'aurais voulu savoir si il n'y a pas de problème à l'utiliser avec bumblebee. Merci de vos retour ou expérience avec ce dépôt.

Euh impossible de trouver la moindre info sur ce dépôt, qui plus est semble vraiment étrange. D'autant plus que l'article provient d'une personne ne l'ayant pas utilisé...
Enfin je doute que ça pose un problème avec Bumblebee, par contre si tu l'utilises je veux bien que tu me dises ce qu'il met à jour comme paquets...

oui ca fait comme pour mon benq leur dépot etait en place sur l ordi quand je l ai acheté n ai jamais recu de mise à jour de leur part.
par contre j ai un scintillement et des fois plus longtemp ecran noir avec une fine ligne rouge sur la gauche desfois depuis quelque jour il me semble depuis la derniere mise à jour de nvidia-current et du (nvidia-setting-confg (plus sur pour le nom)) sur mon asus,es ce que ça peut avoir un rapport?
