Sécurité pour prise en charge des langues

Bonjour,
Après des recherches sur ce Forum Sécurité, et sur La Documentation (qui est encore en Anglais) je n'ai pas trouvé de solution à mon problème.
Après l'installation d'Ubuntu 10.04 2, j'obtiens une fenêtre contenant:
C'est votre dernière chance de parcourir la liste des changements prévus avant qu'ils ne soient appliqués.
Attention, vous allez installer un programme qui ne peut pas être identifié, ceci peut permettre à un individu mal intentionné de prendre le contrôle de votre système.

Je crainds pour la sécurité de mon système.  Je n'ai donc pas fait mes MAJ. Dois-je utiliser NON AUTHENTIFIÉ ou Mettre à jour? Quels sont les risques?

certain dépôt ont des clef d'authentification donc sa peut entrainé ce message d'erreur si tu a pas la clé mais la il y a pas de message d'erreur qui dit quel depôt est fautif >_< trop compliqué pour moi

Je ne suis pas un geek ni un informaticien mais j'aime linux/ubuntu.
acer aspire5741G (unity 12.04))+une vieillebousse(xfce 12.04)
+teste de la version instable

Merci atichu pour ta réponse.
Je trouve que c'est bien qu'un non spécialiste réponde sur ce Forum, même s'il ne possède pas la réponse. Je suis  tout à fait incompétant dans le domaine des clés d'authentification. Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'installe Ubuntu 10.04, je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème.

peut-être en comparant ton sources.list

gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

avec le sources.list standard http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/depots_lucid?s[]=sources&s[]=list ?

Mais ce qui me paraît bizare c'est que linux puisse proposer des paquets non sécurisés.
