Salut a tous,

est ce normal que l'on ne peut pas synchroniser son PDA avec wm6 avec Ubuntu 8.10 tout simplement? Je suis mort d'avoir essayé. Je n'utilise plus des produits microsoft depuis qq années, mais pour mon travail il me faut absolument synchroniser mon PDA (TYTN). Ne me dites pas que la solution est d'utiliser un box virtuel. Pourtant SynCE Tray Icon 0.13 detecte mon PDA a merveille. C'est evolution qui ne synchronise pas. Enfin je perds courage. En tout cas bravo pour ceux qui persistes et aux membres qui essaye d'aider les autres. Bravo! et vive Ubuntu.

Bonjour. Moi j'y arrivais jusqu'a il y'a peu....
A synchroniser calendrier, contact ... J'ai un TyTn de HTC.
Seulement depuis peu ca ne marche plus. Aujourd'hui j'ai eu des mises à jour de libraire de Synce. Et j'ai enfin pu rebrancher mon téléphone. Cependant j'ai l'impression d'avoir perdu le partenariat et je suis dans l'impossibilité d'en recréer un.... Je ne comprend pas pourquoi....

Bonjour. Sérieusement c'est le premier problème que j'ai eu : et c'était dut à des mises à jour. Sinon ca marche toujours très bien et pour la synchronisation on peut le faire en méthode graphique de façon très simple....

J'utilise un téléphone orange E 650
J'ai opté pour l'interface avec schedule the world

(mon principal problème a concerné la connexion wifi du téléphone)

j'ai suivi le tutorial sur syncevolution (synchronisation d'evolution avec un serveur funambol) et ça fonctionne nickel à un détail près : les accents pour les calendrier et tâches (mais ça fonctionne bien pour les mémos et les contacts)

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà été confronté au problème et si oui comment l'a-t-il résolu ?

J'ai chercher longuement sur internet, j'ai vu que des gens ont résolu le pb, mais ils n'expliquent pas comment sad

J'ai le même problème que toi, ça m'embête de ne pas pouvoir utiliser les accents.

Voici ce que j'obtiens lors d'une synchro :

Cette liste non exhaustive te donneras quelques indications. J'ai arrêter ces serveurs pour m'en faire un  perso alors peut être qu'eux aussi sont devenus payant entre temps! A vérifier.

De mon côté, je synchronise mon iPod Touch avec Gmail Calendar qui est synchronisé (dans les deux sens) avec Evolution.  Vous pouvez voir le guide que je viens tout juste de faire pour synchroniser Evolution et Gmail Calendar : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=318911

Soit dit en passant, je vais bientôt poster un guide pour synchroniser Evolution avec un iPhone ou un iPod Touch grâce à Google Calendar.  Ça évitera l'utilisation d'un serveur payant ou l'installation d'un serveur personnel.

EDIT : J'ai fini d'écrire le tutoriel pour synchroniser Evolution et un iPhone/iPod Touch à l'aide de Google Calendar.  Allez voir sur http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=318916

Je synchronise aussi mon compte Gmail par le biais d'Evolution, seule petite réstriction en ce qui me concerne, les photos de mes contacts ne sont pas synchronisées sur mon compte Gmail ainsi que quelques autres infos ??

Celas vient peut étre de mon appareil sous WM6 ? De toutes façon il vis ces dernières heures et je pense le remplacer par un HTC MAGIC.

pour ma part j'utilise Memotoo (12€/an) et en suit très satisfait.... étant donné que je n'utilise que du linux sur mes 3 machines les économies réalisées de ce côté payent largement ce petit investissement....

Je vous tiens au courant si je trouve une autre solution...

Désolé c'est encore moi !

Au fait, mon problème d'accent s'est résolu tout seul, du moins avec Evolution...

Je viens de mettre Karmic, et, oh joie, syncevolution est présent dedans en natif. Super !

Pourtant quand je tente de synchroniser avec mon serveur perso funambol j'ai l'erreur :

addressbook: contact entry without REV: 002427441037a59e7c0d03402aa94e97

et ça ne fait rien d'autre...

Une idée ?

bon ok, problème identifié !
depuis la version 9.10, il y a ubuntu one en plus... Donc 2 sources possible : il faut bien préciser dans le service qu'on veut synchroniser avec la source "Personnel"

evolutionsource = Personnel

et du coup, ça passe !

Un grand merci à oswald-p pour tuto qui m'a permis de synchroniser mon evolution avec mon PDA htcP6500 (enfin !).
En effet, depuis que je suis sous GNU/Linux (Ubuntu Karmic 64bits) je n'ai pas réussi à synchroniser evolution avec le serveur exchange auquel j'étais abonné.
Maintenant, j'ai installé Funambol DS (v8.5.0) sur ma machine, j'utilise SyncEvolution 0.9, Genesis Sync 0.4.3, evolution 2.28.1 et tout se passe bien.

Un grand merci également à rabbijaccob qui dans son post #267 m'a mis la puce à l'oreille : il ne faut pas laisser les chiffres en fin d'URI.

Cependant, je pense qu'il ne faudrait plus parler de ce p... de dossier .sync4j que j'ai cherché en vain. Il ne doit pas y avoir beaucoup de personnes qui essaient s'installer les anciennes versions.

J'ai supprimé tous les dossiers de /.cache/syncevolution, même le dossier qui était verrouillé par root (non sans mal) et il n'y a plus d'erreur.
J'en ai profité pour limiter dans le fichier de configuration le nombre de dossiers de compte-rendu à garder. Je trouve que 10 c'est suffisant !
Maintenant, tout se passe impécablement. Merci encore.

Je ne vois pas de message d'erreur tout est "done successfully"... A ce que je lis là, tout s'est bien passé...

De mon coté, du nouveau, je suis passé sous android. Je m'étais assuré qu'un client funambol existait bien avant de franchir le pas. Et au moment de l'utiliser, quelle fut ma déception de me rendre compte qu'il ne synchronisait QUE les contacts... En attendant mieux, j'ai du donc laisser tomber Funambol pour utiliser les services google. A mon grand regret je dois bien le dire. Mais je ne désespère pas d'y revenir lorsque le client android sera complet !

Sur le site de funambol tu peux télécharger le client adequat. Tu as également la possibilité de t'enregistrer sur le site my.funambol qui t'enverra un lien sur ton ppc pour télécharger un client et à la place des données du serveur my.funambol tu rentres tes données persos. Il y a des options dans le client et je crois bien me souvenir qu'il n'y a que les contacts qui sont cochés pour synchronisation, il faut cocher les autres PIM que tu souhaites voir synchroniser.

Je préfèrerais utiliser un serveur local pour ne pas avoir à passer par internet. J'ai lu très attentivement le tuto, mais je n'ai pas compris la différence d'installation. J'au un téléphone Nokia 2730 et un Sony- Ericsson W595. Je suis en train de passer sous Lucid. Si quelqu'un avait la gentillesse de m'expliquer? Merci d'avance wink

Bonjour,

J'espère ne pas dire trop de bêtises, voilà ce que j'ai compris :
- En passant par internet, via un serveur tiers comme myfunambol.com ou schedulworld.com par exemple, il n'y a pas grand chose à installer. Juste syncevolution et genesis sur le pc et le client funambol sur le ppc.

- Par contre, pour se synchroniser en local, il faut installer le serveur funambol sur le pc en plus du reste. Je n'ai pas testé la liaison par câble du pc au ppc mais je me connecte sur mon serveur funambol que j'ai paramètré sans problème. La liaison ppc vers mon serveur se fait régulièrement via le réseau 3G+ de mon opérateur de téléphonie.

J'espère que d'autres plus calés que moi t'en diront plus.
