Bonjour,

Je parviens depuis peu et grâce à bumblebee, à lancer XBMC en utilisant la sortie HDMI de mon portable. Reste un problème, impossible de faire en sorte que la sortie HDMI soit utilisée pour le son. Je ne sais pas par où commencer, mais je me demandais déjà si bumblebee pourrait jouer un rôle dans l'activation de la sortie HDMI comme sortie sonore.

Euh pour la sortie son des ports HDMI j'ai entendu parler de gros problèmes niveau kernel et drivers, donc je ne crois pas trop m'avancer en disant que pour le moment c'est pas la peine d'y penser.

Principalement Optimus, mais il y avait aussi des problèmes au niveau général (par contre certains étaient peut-être spécifique à nouveau et pas nvidia, je sais plus faudrait rechercher et je n'en ai pas le temps). Mais après je me trompe peut-être, et je serais très content que tu arrives à le faire marcher, après je ne crois pas qu'on puisse faire grand chose du côté de Bumblebee, par contre il y a peut-être un problème de ressources sur la sortie audio HDMI lorsqu'on désactive la carte nVidia via bbswitch (parce que la sortie HDMI est fille, et n'est pas gérée correctement à ce niveau a priori), au pire si ça bloque tu réessayes en désactivant la gestion énergétique.

@ArchangeGabriel : tu connais un moyen de downgrader vers une version standard des paquets xorg depuis la version du ppa xorg-edgers ? Sans ppa-purge (qui menace de casser mon système) ?

via un forcing de version de package peut etre wink NB : un simple clic droit dans synaptic permet de choisir la version souhaité mais comme il n'est plus sur notre ubuntu ...

@Nepenthes : Soit tu installes Synaptic effectivement comme le suggère Qid, soit tu utilises apt-get, regarde avec --help il y a des infos intéressantes dessus.

Bonjour, suite à l'installation de bumblebee la résolution de mon écran à chuter à 640*480. Comment faire pour rétablir un configuration normale ?

PS: Je posséde une carte graphique gt555 et la carte intel intégré hd3000.

Tu peux donner le résultat de la commande lspci donnée au début du topic, ainsi que copier le fichier /var/log/Xorg.0.log ?

Bonjour,j ai un ASUS N55SF (nvidia GT 555M,coreI7,6go ram,750DD),alors voila j'ai depuis le debut installer bumblebee et tout marchaient impeccable a part bien sur la hdmi,mais lorsque j ai cru comprendre qu il était désormais possible de l utiliser avec le driver beta 304.22 via le ppa cité sur la page d avant je me suis empréssé d installé toute les mises a jour proposé par ce dépot et depuis mon optirun glxspheres et mon glxspheres me donne les mèmes résultats 60 000? alor qu avant j étais a 170 000 me semble t il,mes icones d'Unity sont devenu invisible et mon ecran externe n apparait toujour pas sur mon configurateur d affichage.

@cdjklm: Effectivement tu lis un peu au-dessus et tu récupèreras un peu de fonctionnalités. Port HDMI, c'est si tu sais lire en anglais et bidouiller, dans ce cas direction le wiki de Bumblebee sur GitHub. Les icônes, c'est parce que tu utilises xorg-edgers.

Par contre pourquoi tu utilises ce dépôt ? C'est fortement déconseillé hors développeurs et bidouilleurs...

ca fait un moment que je bidouille sur linux j ai débuté avec un linpus acheté en thailande et aucun support réel on me jeter des forums  aspire one car c était un benq mais j ai quand mémé reussi a bien m en sortir en cherchant a droite et a gauche désormais je suis sur ubuntu et je joue pas mal ou du moin un peu avec les fichiers et dossiers,méme si je ne comprend pas tout généralement ca marche bien je n avais pas de problem avec mon bumblebe avant les mises a jour de ce ppa qui était risqué mais pas fortement déconseillé,es ce que je peux revenir en arrière ou cest trop tard apperement il m ainstallé pas mal de driver que si je purge tout mon system va vraiment en patir ou revenir a l ancienne configuration?j ai beau lire et mettre nvidia a la place nvidia-current toujour pareil.

Tu as trois choses à faire :
1) Changer KernelDriver=nvidia-current par KernelDriver=nvidia
2) Changer Driver= par Driver=nvidia
3) Redémarrer.

Pour les icônes, soit tu utilises Unity-2D ou Gnome Shell ou autre, soit tu reviens un peu en arrière sur le PPA xorg-edgers, lis les infos sur leur page. En attendant que ce soit fixé bien sûr. Ou alors tu tentes le grand purge, mais là c'est assez risqué.

ok cool suis revenu a 180 000 ,y avais que le driver= que je n avais pas changé,je vous avou ne pas l avoir lu quelque part,aprés pour la hdmi j ai étais voir sur le syte mais pas moyen d'avoir le lien direct a la situation,je parle pas mal anglais j ai déjas était traducteur pour une équipe de soudeur en nouvelle-caledonie le plus dur c étais l accent des kiwi-boy mais a lire ca devrait aller,pour sur merci de votre support et beau travail sur ce que vous faites mème si il doit encor réster du boulot:)
