[résolu][Conky] Probleme divers (transparence, amarok ...)
Bonsoir bonsoir (sous Kubuntu pas Ubuntu )
Je viens d'install conky (génial au passage ) et j'ai quelques problemes au niveau de la config !
Premierement, je n'arrive pas a mettre l'affichage de la lecture d'amarok !!
Pourtant, je fais comme dans le tuto et quand je lance conky en ligne de commande :
Conky: on_bottom is deprecated. use own_window_hints below
Conky: /home/arkezis/.conkyrc: 17: config file error
sh: /home/arkezis/.conky/amarok: Permission denied
Deuxiement, je voudrais bien qu'il soit transparent, mais rien n'y fait, je ne sais comment faire ! Je post mon .conkyrc un peu plus bas !
Troisiemement, je voudrais l'autolancer au démarrage mais impossible car je ne sais ou se trouve l'icone du programme (d'habitude, je met les icones dans ~/.kde/autorun ou un truc comme ca et la j'en ai pas pour conky )

Visiblement, conky te signale qu'il vaut mieux utiliser own_window_hints plutôt que on_bottom. Ce n'est pas le cas partout dans ton .conkyrc. Mais c'est pas grave, c'est juste un warning.
Ensuite, apriori une erreur en ligne 17 ?
et je m'intérroge sur le chemin " ~/.conky/amarok ". Amarok écris les tag du fichier lu dans .conky ? Si c'est pas le cas, alors l'erreur peut venir de ce chemin...
Peux-tu donner le chemin du tuto que tu as suivi ?

je le vois que maintenant, mais l'erreur
sh: /home/arkezis/.conky/amarok: Permission denied
dit que conky n'a pas les droits pour executer (sh) le fichier .conky/amarok.
peux-tu vérifier que le script est accessible en exécution par conky ?

Hello,
jete un coup d'oeil sur le site officiel (http://conky.sourceforge.net),
il y a pas mal de .conkyrc, moi j'ai pioché dans plusieurs afin d'avoir une config stable et simple.
Je te conseille aussi de conserver les commentaires dans le .conkyrc, cela aide beaucoup pour résoudre les erreurs.
il y a aussi une liste de toutes les variables utilisables.
en tout cas, prifite de ce soft bien terrible et ultra léger !

Ok pour la transparence je vais essayer !
Pour amarok, au pire c'est po grave !
Par contre pour l'auto démarrer j'ai fait un script .sh et j'ai mis tout mes logiciels dedans sauf qu'au démarrage, au lieu d'éxécuter le script, il me l'affiche avec kate
Et les commentaires dans le script de conky c'est comment ?
avec # ?
Car quand je fais ca, il me les affiche

Hum ... j'ai un probleme ! J'avais enfin réussi a le mettre transparent sauf que malheureusement ca cligotait !
Donc j'ai suvi le tuto en modifiant xorg : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/applications/conky
Maintenant, quand conky est transparent, mes icones n'apparaissent pas sur le bureau si ce n'est quand je passe dessus avec ma souris !
Et si je modifie pour qu'ils apparaissent, conky n'es plus transparent ...

je n'ai pas mon ordi sur moi. Demain je poste mon conkyrc avec le xorg qui va bien (pour moi ).
Attention cependant je tourne avec fvwm-crystal, et pas gnome...

fvwm-crystal est un mode de fvwm, qui est un gestionnaire de fenêtre (et pas seulement), comme kde ou gnome. Il est juste personnalisable au max (tellement que des fois c'est dur).

Comme je disais, c'est pas mal de laisser les commentaires (ligne commençant par un #), ça permet de bien voir toutes les variables disponibles sans plgin supplémentaires. Je suis parti sur un .conkyrc du site officiel de conky.
Pour tes problèmes de transparence qui fait disparaître les icones du bureau,
je pense que ça vien de la ligne

. Essaye della virer.

Mais, lorsque j'enleve cette ligne, mes icones de bureau n'apparaissent plus et je dois passer dessus pour qu'elles apparaissent ...

La solution etait dans la doc.
rajouter la ligne
own_window_hints undecorated,below,sticky,skip_taskbar,skip_pager
a la fin de .conkyrc et mettre own-window sur yes....!!!

J'ai créé un fichier script "conky_background" dans /home/sha/.kde/Autostart qui contient ceci :

Humph, j'ai fait comme toi (en remplacant tout comme il faut) mais j'ai toujours un fond noir a mon conky
Pour info dans Autostart, je n'ai pas l'icone de conky, mais je le lance manuellement via la ligne de commande !

je remonte ce topic car moi sous Kde quoi que je fasse j'ai toujours un conky avec un fond NOIR !!
sous gnome mon conky est parfait ! coller au bureau et transparent.
je suis utilisateur de xgl+beryl.
si quelqu'un a la solution miracle qu'il n'hésite pas a me la donné
[Edit] si je change de wallpaper alors conky devient transparent.

Chez moi aussi le même conky s'affiche a merveille avec gnome.

J'avais comme vous un fond noir pour conky et je l'ai résolu en installant feh et en créant un script que je lance au boot.
Pour installer feh:
sudo apt-get install feh
Ensuite la commande à utiliser est :
feh --bg-scale `dcop kdesktop KBackgroundIface currentWallpaper 1`;
Commande, qui va permettre de définir votre wallpaper actuel en tant que root window. En effet il semblerait que kde utilise le wallpaper de l'utilisateur en tant que sur couche du root window ce qui ferait apparaître un fond noir sur conky. (d'après ce que j'avais compris, c'est peut-être inexact ne me jetez pas la pierre si c'est le cas svp xD )
Ici j'ai utilisé scale car j'ai mis mon wp en "adapté" dans les réglages du bureau mais il y a d'autres options dispo renseignées dans le man de feh.
Pour le script de démarrage, j'ai juste fait ceci :

feh --bg-scale `dcop kdesktop KBackgroundIface currentWallpaper 1`;
conky;
Voila, j'avais trouvé cette astuce sur un site anglais mais malheureusement je n'ai plus le lien. J'espère que ça marchera chez vous comme ça marche chez moi
