[RESOLU] Session bloquée

Hello, je suis sous Ubuntu 12.10 et je rencontre un problème, ma session principale (admn) est bloquée, quand je tente de me connecter, je tape le mdp, l'écran passe au noir et revient sur la page de connexion sans donner d'indications, pourtant le mot de passe est bon, si j'entre volontairement un mot de passe erroné, ubuntu me le signale.

Si je vais sur une autre session (non admin) et que je tente de télécharger un logiciel ou de modifier des paramètres qui demande des droits admins, je tape mon mot de passe et l'opération s'effectue sans problème, comment puis-je régler ce problème ?

Dans ton cas il ne doit pas s'agir d'un problème de place, vu que tu arrives à te connecter avec un autre user.
Tu peux tenter de supprimer les fichiers .Xauthority et .ICEautority :
A l'écran de connexion, tu ouvres une session console CTRL+ALT+F1 et la tu tapes :
sudo rm .Xauthority .ICEauthority

Puis tu te remets en graphique CTRL+ALT+F7 et tu tentes de te reconnecter.

Si ça ne fonctionne toujours pas tu peux vérifier l'espace disque dispo en console :
df -h

Hello, en reregardant la solution proposée sur l'autre topic, je m'aperçois que je me suis trompé sur où rentrer

sudo cat /var/log/lightdm/x-0-greeter.log

et il s'avère que quand je rentre cette commande dans un tty en me loguant sur l'utilisateur concerné, la console me répond qu'il n'existe pas de fichier de ce type. J'ai tenté de suivre le reste mais cela ne m'a pas plus avancé.

Es-tu certain de bien avoir tapé le bon emplacement et le bon nom de fichier, tu peux utiliser la touche tab pour faciliter la saisie à l'aide de l'auto-complétion de mot.

Pour le reste tu as tentés de suivre....mais as tu fais les commandes données, qu'elles sont les résultats ?

Tu peux également tentés les commandes données par jeanjd63, plus radical, mais qui peux résoudre le problème.....

Oui j'en suis sûr, et pour en être encore plus sûr j'ai lancé une autre session et me suis log sur l'utilisateur bloqué depuis un terminal non tty, j'ai obtenu ce résultat :

Ce qui prouve que le fichier x-0-greeter.log existe....

Je vois que tu as un problème de résolution d'hôte :

sudo: unable to resolve host Ordi

Tu dois avoir une erreur dans le fichier :

/etc/hosts

Voir si cette ligne existe :

Tu es sûr de ne pas avoir de fichier .Xauthority ?

Tu te connectes en console avec l'ident de l'utilisateur concerné et tu tapes la commande :
ls -la .Xauthority .ICEauthority

Il semble que le nom de machine soit Ordi, il faut donc ajouter la ligne dans le fichier hosts :

127.0.0.1           Ordi

Puis tu redémarres, et et tu essayes de te connecter sur bussy.

Pardon, je me suis mal expliqué, je voulais dire que j'avais effectivement une réponse sur le fichier x-o-greeter.log mais que les commandes suivantes me répondaient que .Xauthority et .ICEauthority n'existaient pas.
J'ai donc ajouté la ligne que tu m'as donnée mais le problème n'est pas réglé, la console m'indique toujours que le fichier .Xauthority n'existe pas.

Bizarre que tu n'ai pas ces fichiers....

On va tenter autre chose.

Dans un autre TTY, tu te logue avec bussy, puis :

On stop le gestionnaire de connexion :

sudo service lightdm stop

On lance le serveur X :

startx

Dis-nous ce qui ce passe, et donne le(s) message(s) d'erreur(s) le cas échéant....

Au fait avant que le problème n'apparaisse, tu as fait des manip particulières, des mises à jours, une installation de paquets ?

Alors, avant que ce problème n'apparaisse il ne me semble pas avoir fait de manips particulières, je crois avoir changé de driver de carte graphique mais je suis quasiment sûr qu'il y'avait déjà eu un reboot avant.

Quand je tente de relancer X voici ce que j'obtiens :

xauth: timeout in locking authority file in /home/bussy/.Xauthority

puis le tty spamme "no protocol specified"
puis :

xinit: giving up
xinit: unable to connect to x server:resource temporary unavailable
waiting for x server to shutdown
server terminated successfully(o). closing log file
xinit: servor error

Puis le tty1 devient noir et ne répond plus, au début je n'avais d'ailleurs pas eu le temps de tout écrire et suis passé sur tty2 qui a fonctionné puis s'est aussi bloqué et le phénomène s'est manifesté jusqu'ua tty4 quand j'ai fini d'écrire. A savoir qu'à cause de ça je n'ai pas forcémment tout noté dans l'ordre exact.

Tu as un problème de droit sur le dossier perso de bussy :

chmod 755 /home/bussy

Puis tu essaye de te loguer sur la session graphique.

Ca marche , merci. Par contre j'ai perdu tous mes documents/réglages etc... Mais ce n'est pas grave, je n'avais rien d'important.
D'ailleurs j'en profite, sur Ubuntu il est impossible d'éteindre ou de redémarrer l'ordinateur si une session est encore ouverte, y'a t'il un moyen de désactiver ça voire même d'afficher un simple message demandant si l'on veut vraiment quitter ?
