[Résolu] Ubuntu 13.10 - Impossible de lancer Windows depuis le GRUB
Bonjour à tous,
j'avais un dual-boot Windows 8.1 / Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Je viens de mettre à jour ma version d'Ubuntu vers la 13.10 qui semble pas mal ! L'installation s'est bien terminée, et au démarrage de mon PC j'ai maintenant droit à ça :
Sauf que le problème, c'est que je n'arrive plus à lancer Windows depuis le GRUB, à chaque fois que j'essaie, je me retrouve avec cette erreur :
Pas moyen de choisir directement depuis le BIOS en quittant GRUB (Echap + commande "exit"), puisque ça me ramène à GRUB à chaque fois.

J'ai retrouvé dans un post ancien que ton ordi est un Packard Bell Easynote LV44HC-B9604G50MNWS
Il semble que chez Acer et Packard Bell (qui fait partie du groupe Acer je crois), on soit devenu aussi con que chez HP (et la contagion peut encore gagner...) : il faut mettre un mot de passe supervisor pour arriver à dégriser Secure Boot comme expliqué dans cette doc : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/desactiver_secure_boot#acer
Je t'invite à le faire et à donner des nouvelles.

En fait, Asus est pareil... 
Je pensais chercher aussi le path pour que Grub trouve Windows au départ.
Avec Win8.1, si tu désactives "SecureBoot" il va t'afficher un message sut ton bureau après pour te dire qu'il est... désactivé
Actuellement je passe donc systématiquement par le BIOS pour choisir sur quel système démarrer.
Tu peux laisser activé "Launch CCSM, fast boot, secureboot..." et tout le bazar pour démarrer normalement. Il y a juste le primary boot à changer suivant le système à démarrer.
Du coup, c'est chacun son BootManager...
Note : chez moi, SecureBoot activé empêche le démarrage de 13.10 ce qui me semble logique, donc y a juste ça à désactiver pour ce dernier.

@Shoobidoowap7 : dans la doc du site (ici) on trouve le modèle UX32VD-R4002V (à savoir que ce modèle a de la bouteille : il était livré à sa sortie avec Windows 7). Est-ce que tu as exactement ce modèle ou bien donne le nom complet du modèle ?

Finalement après avoir fait une manip, j'ai réussi à garder le mode UEFI en désactivant le Secure Boot, et du coup je peux accéder à Windows à partir du GRUB !
Cependant j'ai juste un message en bas à droite du bureau :
Windows 8.1
SecureBoot n'est pas configuré correctement.

SI VOUS AVEZ UN PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE LV44HC

1. Éteignez votre ordinateur, puis rallumez-le. Lorsque le logo Packard Bell s'affiche, appuyez sans cesse sur F2 jusqu'à ce que le BIOS s'affiche. Vous tomberez (normalement) sur l'onglet "Information".
2. Naviguez jusqu'à l'onglet Boot, vous devriez normalement voir ceci :
Boot Mode : UEFI
Secure Boot : EnabledRéglez le "Boot Mode" sur Legacy BIOS, puis sauvegardez et redémarrez l'ordinateur (Onglet "Exit" -> Exit saving changes ou touche F10)
NOTE : Il faut bien évidemment que l'entrée ubuntu comme dans l'image se trouve AVANT le Windows Boot Manager dans l'ordre de démarrage.
3. A nouveau, lorsque le logo Packard Bell s'affiche, appuyez sur F2 jusqu'à ce que le BIOS s'affiche. Vous retomberez sur l'onglet "Information".
4. Revenez sur l'onglet Boot, vous verrez normalement ceci :
Boot Mode : Legacy BIOS
Secure Boot : DisabledMaintenant, réglez le Boot Mode sur UEFI à nouveau, puis sauvegardez et redémarrez l'ordinateur.
5. Encore une fois, lorsque le logo Packard Bell s'affiche, appuyez sur F2 jusqu'à ce que le BIOS s'affiche. Vous retomberez sur l'onglet "Information".
6. Revenez sur l'onglet Boot, et vous devriez normalement voir ceci (en tout cas ça l'a fait pour moi) :
Boot Mode : UEFI
Secure Boot : DisabledC'est bon, le Secure Boot est désactivé ! Pas besoin de redémarrer, rendez-vous dans l'onglet Exit et sélectionnez "Exit Discarding Changes". GRUB s'affichera alors.
7. Pour voir si ça a marché, sélectionnez tout simplement l'entrée "Windows Boot Manager" :
Vous verrez enfin le logo original de Windows s'afficher, ainsi qu'une icône de chargement. Bravo, Windows a bien démarré !
Vous aurez simplement ce petit message en bas à droite de votre bureau :

Tu me dis si je me trompe mais la grosse astuce pour arriver à désactiver "Secure Boot", c'est qu'il faut avoir l'idée de régler le "Boot Mode" sur "Legacy BIOS" et ce n'est pas tout : il faut aussi avoir l'idée de sauvegarder ce réglage et redémarrer l'ordi. Cela doit sembler évident aux gus qui ont conçu ce "Bios" mais ça me semble encore bien tordu : tout est bien fait pour faire chier le monde.

- Zenbook acquis mi-2013 donc directement sous Win 8. Je ne sais pas si c'est un R44002V.
- Activer-désactiver Secure Boot est directement accessible dans le BIOS sans passer par Legacy Mode sur ce Zenbook.
J'ai dù noter qq part que pour l'instant je n'ai plus cherché à renseigner le Path de Windows dans GRUB puisqu'il faut de toute façon re-passer par le BIOS pour activer Secure Boot si on veut éviter ce message sous Windows 8.1 (Noter que c'était inutile avec Win 8).
