probleme de resolution

bonjour,
j'ai installé ubuntu sur mon ordinateur hier puis , pour plus de confort, j'ai tenté de changer la resolution de l'ecran en modifiant xorg.conf. malheuresement, une fausse mannip ma fait planter le serveur X. J'ai reussi a le deplanter mais la resolution est maintenant bloquer sur 640x480.
Comment faire?

Re : probleme de resolution

Bonjour,
les fréquences de rafraichissement me paraissent bizarres.
Dans mon xorg.conf j'ai

        HorizSync       28-64
        VertRefresh     43-60

Il y a aussi des doublons dans les résolutions (1280x1024) dans les SubSection "Display" monochrome (Depth 1) et 16 millions de couleurs (Depth 24).
