[Résolu]Problème de mise à jour dans update manager
Bonjour à tous:),
Je viens de récemment installer Ubuntu Hardy Heron sur mon ordinateur et rencontre un soucis au niveau des mises à jour.
En résumé:
Il m'est impossible de télécharger des packages mais possible d'accéder à Internet et de télécharger n'importe quel autre fichier.
J'ai donc esseyé de télécharger le tout manuelement mais un problème de dépendance d'un de mes packages à bloquer le système des mises à jour.

Tu ouvre un terminal, et tu tappe dedans :
gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Là tu efface tout les fr., puis tu enregistre.
Ensuite tu n'as plus qu'a refaire sudo apt-get update

Par ailleurs je te remercie déjà car en effet les manipulations que tu m'as fait faire on fait partir le panneau de sens interdit et m'ont permis de régler le probleme du package cassé.;)

Grâce aux conseils de Zedtux j'ai pu reprendre mes mises à jour manuelles.
Des 52 de départ il ne m'en reste plus que 4.
Je les ai toutes téléchargées mais n'arrive pas à les installer car toutes dépendent les unes des autres:
- xulrunner-1.9_1.9.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.3_i386.deb
- firefox-3.0_3.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.3_i386.deb
- xulrunner-1.9-gnome-support_1.9.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.3_i386.deb
- firefox-3.0-gnome-support_3.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.3_i386.deb
Elles sont toutes sur le desktop et quand je lance l'installation Update Manager esseye de les télécharger sur Internet et donc retour au problème de départ
Quelqu'un pourrait il me dire comment procéder pour les installer?

C'est vraiment étrange que tu n'arrive pas à te connecter...
Essaie un ping archive.ubuntu.com
Et si tu as bien accès au net, dans Firefox, met directement archive.ubuntu.com et entrer. Tu devrais tomber sur une page avec un dossier ubuntu.

Merci pour ton aide la commande ping me renvoie:
ping: unknown host archive.ubuntu.com
Sinon j'arrive bien sur la page avec le dossier Ubuntu via Firefox.
Cependant je ne vois pas comment procéder pour installer les 4 packages que j'ai téléchargé.
Aurais tu une idée sur la question?

Tout est dans la documentation du site, et si il manque des informations, utiliser Google.
On vérifie les paramètres réseau de ton poste.
Il y plusieurs choses qui m'interpellent dans le retour des commandes:
- le ping de la passerelle (ou le routeur) qui est négatif.
Soit tu es relié directement à un modem, soit tu t'es trompé d'ip.
- Le ping sur le domaine google qui échoue également.
Soit tu n'es pas relié au net, soit tu n'as pas de DNS de renseignés.
- Le ping sur l'ip de Google en echec.
Là, tu as un souci, le poste n'est pas relié au net.
Poste le retour de celles-ci

Il semble que l'adressage "10.4.0.x" et "10.4.10.x" soit du NAT. Ubuntu a-t-il été installé dans une machine virtuelle, est-ce une installation Wubi (je ne crois pas), est-ce une installation sur un PC étant dans un réseau privé (entreprise, association) ?

Il n'est pas impossible que le ping de serveurs extérieurs soit interdit, ou on fonctionnel car la configuration du réseau ne le permet pas.
D'après ce que tu a écrit

Si oui, il te faut connaitre l'adresse du serveur qui te relie à internet. A priori, il semble que ce soit 10.4.10.1. Mais cela reste à vérifier.
Quand ce sera clair pour toi, il faudra ajouter ou modifier les deux fichiers suivants :
/etc/wgetrc
/etc/apt/apt.conf
Pour ce qu'il y a à entrer dans ces fichiers, je l'indiquerais après m'être repu.

Oui en effet je peux utiliser Mozilla sans soucis et accéder aux sites.
Voir même télécharger manuellement les packages en allant sur chacun des sites.
Le problème est qu'il me refuse les mises à jour automatiques via "update manager"
Je viens de vérifier en demandant pour l'adresse du DNS et il s'agit bien de 10.4.10.1.

Il faut modifier deux fichiers /etc/apt/apt.conf
Acquire::http::Proxy "http://Utilisateur:MotDePasse@Proxy Ou IP:port";et /etc/wgetrc ou il faut modifier

use_proxy = onDans les deux fichiers, le paramètre Utilisateur:MotDePasse@ est facultatif. NE l'indiquer que si tu en utilises un pour accéder au réseau.
Le fichier apt.conf n'existe pas. Le fait de l'éditer et d'y entrer du texte le créera lors de l'enregistrement.
Fait bien attention à écrire correctement les lignes, sinon cela ne fonctionnera pas.
Si tu dois changer ton mot de passe régulièrement, n'oublies pas de le faire dans ces fichiers.

Ok j'ai bien fait les changements nécessaires dans les deux fichiers,
et ai lancé un sudo aptitude update qui me donne le résultat suivant:
par ailleurs le paramètre Utilisateur:MotDePasse@ n'est pas utilisé dans l'entreprise et je l'ai laissé tel quel dans les deux fichiers modifiés

Le paramètre "Proxy Ou IP" est à remplacer par l'adresse ou le nom du serveur cité auparavant.
Le paramètre "port" est à remplacer par le port configuré pour accéder l'internet.
Il te suffit d'utiliser ceux que tu as entré dans les paramètre réseau de Firefox : Edition => Préférences => Avancé => Réseau => Paramètres.
