maj ubuntu 14.04 session qui ne s'ouvre plus
Bonjour,
Hier soir j'ai effectué une maj automatique de mon ubuntu vers 14.04 apres avoir fait 199 installations de paquets (4 mois sans utiliser cet ordi). Et ce matin surprise je ne peux plus accéder ni à ma session principale ni à ma session d'invité (qui est sans mot de pass).
J'ai essayé le tuto ctrl+alt+f1 et la commande rm .X mais ca ne change rien.
Je suis novice dans ce logiciel d'exploitation .donc j'ai vraiment besoin d'une aide détaillé svp.

Bonjour quand tu dis que ta session ne s'ouvre pas , tu obtient quoi un ecran noir? a qu'elle moment?
As tu accès a un invité de commande avec la commande ctrl alt f1?

Je n'ai pas un ecran noir. Je rentre mon mot de passe et un message me dit impossible de se connecter à la session.

Est-ce que tu peux voir le menu Grub (ça ressemble à cette vue) au démarrage (*) ? Si oui, sélectionne la deuxième ligne "Options avancées pour Ubuntu" ("Advanced options for Ubuntu" si le menu est en anglais) et dans le sous-menu qui va apparaître, sélectionne la ligne du noyau qui précède le dernier noyau installé. Motif : il peut arriver que le tout dernier noyau soit mal installé pour une raison inconnue et donc que son fonctionnement soit impossible ou défectueux alors même que tout fonctionne si on démarre sur le noyau précédent, celui qui était utilisé avant la mise à jour.
(*) si ce menu est caché au démarrage, il est possible de forcer son affichage en maintenant la touche SHIFT enfoncée au démarrage jusqu'à ce que ce menu apparaisse.

Je te prie de faire un Boot-Info depuis une session Live de Ubuntu 14.04 (ordi démarré sur un LiveDVD ou une LiveUSB de Ubuntu 14.04). Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.
Si tu n'as pas déjà de LiveDVD ou de LiveUSB Ubuntu 14.04 pour faire ce Boot-Info que je te demande, je te recommande fortement de réaliser une LiveUSB Ubuntu 14.04.1 64 bits en utilisant cette recette : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?pid=16713311
Justification de ma proposition : j'ai relu plus attentivement ton post #1 et je note : "j'ai effectué une maj automatique de mon ubuntu vers 14.04". C'est donc ce "vers" qui était dans le fruit et qui me laisse penser que tu as fait une mise à niveau (et pas une simple mise à jour) vers Ubuntu 14.04. Quand on fait une mise à niveau vers Ubuntu 14.04 par le gestionnaire de mises à jour, c'est le noyau 3.13.0-x qui est installé automatiquement donc il s'agit bien de Ubuntu 14.04.1 (et pas de la version en cours Ubuntu 14.04.3 qui vient avec le noyau 3.19.0-x)

J'ai suivit le tuto que tu m'as conseillé malheureusement quand je lance mon ordinateur sur la clef mon écran affiche cela

Désolé pour toute mes questions, je n'y comprend pas grand chose.
je n'ai donc pas pu faire le boot-info.

Je pense que le packaqe session a du etre supprimé, il faut que tu le réinstalle depuis un invité de commande
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-sessiontu as téléchargé la version 64 bits alor qu'il te faut la version 32 bits pour ton ordi

Ok merci ,Fais ctrl alt f1 au moment du login,connecte toi tu arrives sur l invité de commande ,utilises la commande que je t ai donné plus haut et marques la sortie de la commande

Car malbo pense que grub à un soucis donc oui une réinstallation corrigerai le problème mais tu as peut être des choses importante à récupérer avant?

mon ordinateur n'est pas un dell c'est un petit asus.
Et il m'avait été fournit sans logiciel d'exploitation due à une erreur du magasin puis on m'a installé directement ubuntu.
J'ai jamais eu de problème avec cette ordinateur bien au contraire donc la ca m’embête un peu
oui j'aimerais rien bien récupérer mes fichiers mais je ais pas comment (non plus).

@melina972 : j'ai complété mon post #15 par quelques questions (à la fin du post). Pourrais-tu y répondre ? je viens de voir ta réponse dans le post #18 : il y a eu bricolage et raccommodage et je ne sais pas trop quoi en penser...
Si tu n'avais pas pris la précaution de sauvegarder tes doc précieux qui sont incarcérés dans ton Ubuntu malade, c'est le moment de le faire comme le suggère devkort. Tu trouveras des indications pour faire ça dans la doc Récupérer ses données depuis un live-CD. Si tu as des difficultés pour copier tes données, la doc propose à l'étape 6 d'utiliser Nautilus avec pouvoir d'administrateur. utiliser gksudo depuis une session live, ça ne sert à rien (sudo est suffisant). Tu pourras donc remplacer la commande proposée par celle-ci :
