[RESOLU] installation dual boot windoxs 10 sur ordi neuf

bonjour,

j'ouvre une nouvelle discussion pour demander de l'aide.
j'ai d'abord déposer ma requête dans un message résolu de @vostrock mais je pense qu'un nouveau fil de discussion serait plus judicieux.

Je viens juste d'acheter un ASUS R511LJ intel core i5-5200U.
je voudrais faire un dual boot avec le Windows 10 qui est fourni avec l'ordi / Ubuntu 15.04
Il n'y a aucun document perso puisque que je viens de l'acquérir.

j'ai créé la clé live usb avec lili cretor mais je n'arrive pas à démarrer mon ordi avec.
Aucune touche de marche ni esc, ni F8, ni F2, ni F11, ni suppr
je rame depuis 3h ... juste pour cette première étape qui parait anodine sur les tuto, ça me pose questions pour la suite et ma capacité à faire l'install seule.

j'ai fait une install dual boot il y a 10ans sans souci mais mes dernières install/ réinstall sur un netbook ont été hyper foireuse...

Si certains d'entre vous sont dispo pour me driver je vous en remercie d'avance

1 - pourquoi la 15.04 ? Je pense qu'il faut d'abord essayer la 14.04 qui à l'avantage d'être une LTS
2 - Il faut désactiver dans W10 le "fast-boot" : je me souviens plus très bien mais c'est dans le panneau de configuration --> option d'alimentation (ou un truc qui ressemble) et c'est relativement vers le vas de la page. (Je dirais au 3/4).
C'est nouveau (depuis W8, je crois) : c'est non logique que tu n'y es pas été contronté il y a 10 ans.

Déjà, n'installe pas Ubuntu 15.04 parce que cette version ne sera plus maintenue en Janvier 2016 (source). Tu vas pouvoir installer Ubuntu 15.10 64 bits qui doit sortir aujourd'hui (il faudra télécharger l'ISO par le Torrent mais ce n'est pas encore dispo : ça va sortir dans les heures qui viennent EDIT : c'est tout chaud, ça vient de sortir : http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/wil … so.torrent ). Cette version 15.10 sera maintenue jusqu'en Juillet 2016 et comme la version 16.04 - version LTS - sera sortie dans l'intervalle, tu passeras à cette version 16.04.

EDIT : sinon, tu peux faire ce qui est suggéré par jplemoine, c'est à dire installer Ubuntu 14.04.3 64 bits (c'est une Ubuntu 14.04 "de base" mais qu'on a équipée avec un "moteur" de 15.04 : noyau et gestion de l'affichage de Ubuntu 15.04). Si tu veux essayer ça, je te conseille ma recette pour faire une LiveUSB Ubuntu 14.04.3 64 bits : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1893601

Merci a vous j ai reussi a booter a cle et je suis sur l installation de 14.04
maintenatnt je suis face aux partitions et je decouvre qu il n y a pas de place libre pour faire le dual boot manuellement. les partitions sda 1>W10,sda2,sda3,sda4,sda5 prennent toute la place.
que faire a ce stade? Merci d avance

Il va falloir que tu freines un peu les opérations pour ne pas mettre la charrue avant les bœufs (*). Je te conseille de suivre ce pas à pas qui a été écrit pour un dual-boot avec Windows 8 mais qui convient pour un dual-boot avec Windows 10 à mon avis : Tuto "efi un jeu d'enfant" du site "Libre à Quimperlé"

(*) la position relative correcte étant représentée sur cette vue

Pour l'instant, il n'y a pas de problème. Mais une connerie n'est jamais loin. As-tu réalisé une clé USB pour pouvoir réinstaller ton Windows 10 ? Au minimum, il faut une clé USB permettant de réparer le démarrage de Windows 10 (je détaille comment faire dans ce post) mais si tu as une clé USB de capacité suffisante, ça vaut le coup de faire une clé USB qui peut réinstaller entièrement Windows (c'est ce qu'à fait Mudochon dans ce post et ça me parait une excellente précaution pour toi qui est novice)

EDIT : pour ta question sur la WiFi, normalement, même en session live, ta WiFi aurait dû être prise en charge. Si elle ne l'est pas, c'est probablement qu'il faudrait un driver spécifique. Moi je te conseille de faire l'installation avec connexion filaire, après installation tu feras tes mises à jour toujours en filaire et tu demanderas ensuite de l'aide dans le forum spécialisé "Configuration WiFi" pour qu'on t'aide à obtenir la WiFi.

oui pour le wifi j'ai fait iwconfig et je fais devoir chercher des pilotes il n'y a pas de reponse pour wlan....

je commence a flipper pour cette installation, ca fait une journee que je suis dessus et rien ne fonctionne comme sur les tuto....
je fais deja faire la sauvegarde de w10 et je reste en contact avec toi et ceux du forum pour la suite de l'installation.
est ce que cette image je pourrais la stocker dans un disque dur externe en suite ou toujours sur la cle
desolee si mes questions te paraissent stupides

Tes questions ne sont pas stupides du tout. La clé USB, c'est pour le cas où tu ferais une grosse connerie à l'installation de Ubuntu. Comme tu criserais à mort et que tu serais en état pour aggraver ton cas, il faut un moyen simple pour réinstaller et la clé USB c'est le plus efficace. Mais quand tu auras installé Ubuntu et que ton dual-boot ronronnera, tu pourras récupérer ta clé USB pour en faire autre chose si tu veux et tu stockeras une image de ton Windows 10 sur un disque dur externe si tu préfères ça (Windows 10 propose de créer une image sur un lecteur de récupération donc ce n'est pas forcément une clé USB, ça peut être un disque dur voire autre chose).

Tu devrais abandonner l'idée de faire ça sur carte SD. Si tu n'as pas une clé USB de taille suffisante pour en faire un outil de réinstallation complète de Windows 10, contente-toi de faire une clé USB de récupération de Windows 10 en suivant exactement ce que je détaille dans ce post : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.ph … #p20460371
Avec cette clé USB de récupération, tu pourras réparer au besoin le démarrage de ton Windows installé (mais si tu suis le pas à pas "efi un jeu d'enfant" du site "Libre à Quimperlé", il n'arrivera rien à Windows)

Je décode que tu es en arrêt devant la phrase : "Pour info, sur un disque SSD ne pas créer de SWAP." qui se trouve à l'étape 3 du tuto : Préparer les partitions avec Ubuntu et GParted
Non tu n'as pas de SSD (un "disque" constitué de mémoires électroniques), toi tu as un vrai disque dur (*) avec un plateau mécanique + de l'électronique autour. Donc tu vas créer une partition swap.

On voit cette partition dans cet extrait de ton Boot-Info :

Il s'agit d'une partition réservée à Microsoft comme son nom l'indique (Microsoft reserved partition) et qui n'a jamais de format (c'est normal) et je suppose que le "logo rouge point d'exclamation à côté" est dû à ça : Gparted veut sans doute signaler que cette partition n'a pas de format. Pour moi, c'est normal et tu n'as pas à t'en soucier.

Je souhaiterais ajouter ton modèle d'ordi dans la Liste des portables « Asus » et donner y le lien vers la présente discussion. Pour montrer un bon exemple d'installation à ceux qui ont le même modèle, je te prie de démarrer une session de ton Ubuntu installé et depuis cette session de faire un Boot-Info. Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

C'est vraiment du beau travail, je te félicite. A présent que tu as passé le danger, pense à faire l'image système de Windows 10 sur disque dur externe dont je t'ai parlé dans le post #12. Si c'est flou et que tu n'es pas trop sûr de ce qu'il faut faire, demande de l'aide sur un forum Windows 10.
J'ai un souci pour le nom du modèle : tu as écrit "ASUS R511LJ" mais il y a plusieurs modèles qui commencent par "R511LJ" (par exemple : ASUS R511LJ-XX448H). Pourrais-tu trouver le nom COMPLET de ton modèle (donne le lien vers une page qui le concerne si tu l'as acheté par internet) ?
