(Merci Kholo).
<=> MSDOS.
Prendre l'option "default".
Choisir Applications. Se positionner sur Installed. Eventuellement cliquer sur "See 80 more results".
On va donc démonter le cdrom!!!! et quitter le mode Terminal avec les commandes (Crtl Alt T) suivantes;
sudo umount -lv /cdrom
exit
c) La suite sera classique.
i) On continue.

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to) and reinstall the grub2 of sdd2 into the MBR of sdd.
It would also fix access to other systems (other MBRs) for the situations when the removable media is disconnected.
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s repair-filesystems fix-windows-boot
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

root@u604:/mnt/SDA1/EFI/BOOT# ls -l

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo -i
root@ubuntu:~# umount -v /dev/sda1

Donc certainement 2 GO.

sudo efibootmgr -c -p 14 -d /dev/sdb -L 'La Duplication' -l /efi/ubuntu/shimx64.efi

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to) and reinstall the grub2 of sdc3 into the MBRs of all disks (except USB without OS).
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot
sudo chroot "/mnt/boot-sav/sdc3" dpkg --configure -a
sudo chroot "/mnt/boot-sav/sdc3" apt-get install -fy
sudo chroot "/mnt/boot-sav/sdc3" apt-get install -y --force-yes grub-pc

$menuentry_id_option 'osprober-gnulinux-simple-1eb78f72-a55c-43fb-aa47-67ce0d89df4b' {
insmod part_msdos

linux /boot/vmlinuz-4.4.0-22-generic root=UUID=1eb78f72-a55c-43fb-aa47-67ce0d89df4b ro quiet splash $vt_handoff
initrd /boot/initrd.img-4.4.0-22-generic
}
=> Grub2 (v2.00) is installed in the MBR of /dev/sdc and looks at sector 1 of
the same hard drive for core.img. core.img is at this location and looks
for (,msdos3)/boot/grub. It also embeds following components:
modules
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
fshelp ext2 part_msdos biosdisk
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

d) Choisir "try ubuntu before installing".
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo blkid | grep /sda
/dev/sda2: LABEL="LIVEUSB" UUID="C858-09CB" TYPE="vfat" PARTLABEL="Basic data partition" PARTUUID="916d3573-7c27-4a05-b93e-88391e41dda7"

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$
sudo umount -flv /cdrom
g) Double-cliquez sur l'icône d'installation "Install ubuntu 16.04 lts".
C) Installation.
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo efibootmgr -v
BootCurrent: 0008
Timeout: 0 seconds
BootOrder: 0002,2001,000E,000D,0000,0001,2003,2002

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo blkid | grep 019114a2-f232-4d72-a8d8-fb6b65cacf12
/dev/sda3: LABEL="LIVEEFI" UUID="3829-9EDA" TYPE="vfat" PARTLABEL="EFI System Partition" PARTUUID="019114a2-f232-4d72-a8d8-fb6b65cacf12"
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo mount /dev/sda3 /mnt
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo ls -l /mnt/efi/ubuntu
total 3609
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 512 May 26 00:08 fw

d) Allons-y.
shutdown

sudo efibootmgr -c -p 3 -d /dev/sda -L 'La Reparation' -l /efi/ubuntu/shimx64.efi

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo gedit /mnt/EFI/ubuntu/grub.cfg

set prefix=($root)'/boot/grub'
configfile $prefix/grub.cfg

bon, j'ai pris un 80 Go sata 2.5'
ok...
ça va vite...
B) Formatage du support USB.
2048 Mo et le format FAT32 nom : install
37 Mo et le format FAT32 nom : boot
67584 Mo et le format NTFS nom : ubuntu
6xxx Mo et le format NTFS nom : swap
j'avais 72 Go pour root et swap
je part sur 4 Go de RAM donc 6 Go de swap
72 - 6 = 66
66 * 1024 = 67584

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sdb2, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sdb2, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
De plus il me semble que le disque SDB n'a rien a voir avec celui que tu as décris
