Merci Malbo,

Malbo, cela a fonctionné, j'ai réctivé "secure boot" comme tu me l'as indiqué et j'ai ensuite pu atteindre "select an uefi file as trusted".
quand je fais "entrée " cela me donne deux choix:
- HDD0
- USB0

Si j'éteins l'ordi, en le rallumant c'est win qui viens et pas le panneau qui me laisse le choix entre win et ubuntu;

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda5, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file
=================== Advice in case of suggested repair
Veuillez désactiver SecureBoot dans le BIOS. Puis réessayez.Voulez-vous continuer ?
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda5, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file
=================== Advice in case of suggested repair
Veuillez désactiver SecureBoot dans le BIOS. Puis réessayez.Voulez-vous continuer ?
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.
paste.ubuntu.com ko (), using paste.debian
paste.debian.net ko (), using paste2

sudo apt-get install linux-firmware
ou d'une autre façon ?
Merci d'avance !
