Problème touche verr.Maj clavier

Bonsoir,

Je fais face à un problème, lors de la connexion à ma session, la touche verr.Maj de mon clavier fonctionne correctement, mais une fois sur ma session le voyant ne s'allume plus et elle ne fonctionne plus.
Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ?
