Problème de GRUB - Ubuntu ne reboot pas - Unity absent
Bonjour à tous,
sur Ubuntu 16.04, après avoir supprimé l'environnement Lxde que j'avais installé pour l'esayer, je ne peux plus rebooter. Apparait alors l'écran noir figé sur le message : /dev/sda1: clean, XXXXX/XXXXX files, XXXXX/XXXXX blocks.

A vue de nez, la 16.04 apparait installée/configurée correctement.
En revanche d'après le contenu du menu grub la 16.10 est dans sda6. Or le système de fichier n'est pas correctement reconnu dans sda6

oui, il ya eu un bug lors de l'installation de la 16.10, le grub ne s'est pas installé correctement.
La 16.04 apparait configuré correctement depuis, je pense, que j'ai lançé un repair-boot, à tort surement mais je ne savais pas.

Je vois pas de problème flagrant au niveau du disque qui puisse expliquer ces soucis.
Apparait alors l'écran noir figé sur le message : /dev/sda1: clean, XXXXX/XXXXX files, XXXXX/XXXXX blocks.
Ceci laisse à penser que ton grub fonctionne correctement et que c'est après le lancement du kernel (noyau) qu'il y a des problèmes.
Essaye via le menu "options avancées" de grub de lancer un version précédente de noyau.
Si ça ne fonctionne pas mieux, on lancera l'auto-test du disque avec contrôle de surface.
A moins que quelqu'un passe par là et vois autre chose qui m'a échappé...
Edit: pour récupérer tes données, tenter:
sudo umount -lf /mnt
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mntEnsuite tu devrais retrouver tes données dans /mnt/home/

Alors, si j'ai bien compris. Dans le menu options avançé du grub il y a ceci : 4.4.0-67 & 3.13.0-112 , ce doit-être les noyaux, tout deux son bootable en mode généric, upstart, et recovery.
J'ai les mêmes résultats sur chaque modes des deux noyaux. À savoir : rien en généric (/dev/sda1: clean, files, blocks) et en upstart : un écran noir avec Login et invite de commande.

Hum je n'avais pas vu cette nouvelle option "upstart" et j'ai cru qu'il y avait plus de choix de kernel que cela. Je ne sais même pas si un kernel 3.13 est valide pour Ubuntu 16.04.

Tu ne cite pas ce qui se passe avec l'option recovery. En principe il y aurait du y avoir un menu permettant l'accès à la ligne de commande.
Par ailleurs à ce que je vois dans le contenu de ton grub.cfg : l'option "upstart" devrait être la bonne option, alors que l'option "generic" correspond à l'option du menu principal.
Bref a moins que tu sois vraiment certain de ton coup, je suggère de retester

en recovery mode j'ai l'écran d'option : 
j'ai déja effectué quelques dpkg ou grub update. L'option resume me renvoie ensuite sur Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS tty1 + login.
Et
Ubuntu, with Linux 4.4.0-67-generic (upstart)me renvoie sur un écran noir.
Pour les données merci, j'ai réussi à les récupérer.

Bon, en fait je n'ai pas cette option "upstart" sur kubuntu, mais je l'ai bien sur ubuntu, avec la même configuration de menu que toi.
Et l'option upstart mêne bien aussi chez moi à un login en mode terminal de commande. Donc de ce point de vu tout est normal.
En revanche l'option resume à partir du menu recovery devrait lancer l'interface graphique.
Je te propose de repasser par la (mode recovery + resume). D'ouvrir la session en mode terminal, pour lancer un réparation du système de fichier et une mise à jour du système (qui va installer un nouveau noyau) et une réinstall de grub.
C'est loin de donner un garantie de résultat. Mais je n'ai pas mieux comme idée.

Très bien, je vais tenter ça.
Mais problème sous-jacent : je ne pense pas avoir accès à une connection internet sous ce mode (je tourne avec une antenne wifi intégrée très faible et une antenne usb qui n'est pas toujours reconnue, le tout en hotspot).

sur Ubuntu 16.04, après avoir supprimé l'environnement Lxde que j'avais installé pour l'esayer, je ne peux plus rebooter
À ce stade, il te suffisait de réinstaller le métapaquet de ton ancien environnement.
Si c'était Ubuntu :
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-desktopMais tu n'as pas pris ton temps... et tu as installé une 16.10 buguée qui a cassé le démarrage.

2) Le Bug de Lubuntu 16.10
J'ai l'impression que tu n'as pas connaissance du bug des iso de Lubuntu 16.10, qui, actuellement, ne comprennent pas tous les paquets de grub. Cf. l'étude de malbo - merci à lui ! - en ./viewtopic.php?pid=21696950#p21696950.
À cause de ce bug il faut impérativement avoir une bonne connexion et installer en ligne pour réussir à installer une Lubuntu 16.10 actuelle.
Donc, commme tu n'as pas de bonne connexion, tu as écrasé le grub opérationnel de 16.04 avec un grub incomplet.
Voilà pourquoi réinstaller dans sda le grub de 16.04 de sda1 est un début de solution.

3) L'ext4 modifié à partir de 16.10
On peut douter que l'ext4 de sda6 soit en vrac. Simplement,
une caractéristique supplémentaire (*) metadata_csum a été ajoutée à ext4 à partir de yakkety 16.10. Donc une 14.04 ou 16.04 live le voit en vrac et ne sait pas le corriger.
Il faut soit une 16.10 soit une version antérieure mais installée et à jour pour voir correctement l'ext4 à la sauce 16.10.

si la connexion internet ne fonctionne pas dans ce mode, on passera en chroot à partir du live cd.
Par ailleurs je pense que moko a donné la cause du problème qui m'avait échappée. Vue que j'ai pensé que lxde était une autre distrib installé dans une autre partition...
et on pourra aussi réinstaller l'environnement graphique en chroot.

Oui. Live cd ou usb c'est pareil. Mais a priori tu en as déjà un.
boot-info is executed in live-session (Boot-Repair-Disk 64bit 29nov2014, trusty, Ubuntu, x86_64)Autrement on doit également pouvoir le faire à partir de ton autre distrib installée.
Pour revenir à unity ça serait plutôt
sudo apt-get install --reinstall unity3) L'ext4 modifié à partir de 16.10

en fait ça veut dire qu'il n'en a plus pour très longtemps ? C'est un emachines assez basique acheté d'occase en 2014, il devait déjà avoir 3 ans.

Désactiver la mise en veille du disque,
oui, ça évite les arrêts/remises en rotation qui contribuent grandement à user les disques.
Le réglage de hdparm -B
doit, par contre, être fait au cas par cas, en fonction de la température obtenue en fonctionnement et du modèle de disque.
