Asus UX305FA-FB033H
Bonjour,
Ayant installé Ubuntu sur mon Asus UX305FA-FB033H (13.30'', QHD+, Intel Core M‑5Y71, 8Go, SSD 256GB, Win 8.1), j'aimerais partager ici la démarche que j'ai suivie.
6. Pour Firefox (about:config) et Thunderbird (Préférences->Avancé->Général->Editeur de configuration...), j'ai assigné la propriété « layout.css.devPixelsPerPx := 2 ».
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linrunner/tlp
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install tlp tlp-rdw smartmontools ethtool
sudo tlp start

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi="
sudo update-grub

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda3, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s repair-filesystems use-standard-efi-file
=================== Blockers in case of suggested repair
Please use this software in a live-session (live-CD or live-USB). This will enable this feature.
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your BIOS.
If your BIOS does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.
=================== efibootmgr -v
BootCurrent: 0000
Timeout: 2 seconds
BootOrder: 0000,0001,0002,0003,0004,0005

Boot0001* Windows Boot Manager HD(1,800,100000,4495cc3a-ca52-44e1-952d-73bf2d771753)File(EFIMICROSOFTBOOTBOOTMGFW.EFI)..BO
Boot0002* ubuntu HD(1,800,100000,4495cc3a-ca52-44e1-952d-73bf2d771753)File(EFIUBUNTUGRUBX64.EFI)..BO
Boot0003* UEFI:CD/DVD Drive BIOS(81,0,00)
Boot0004* UEFI:Removable Device BIOS(82,0,00)
Boot0005* UEFI:Network Device BIOS(83,0,00)
NTFS signature is missing.
Failed to mount '/dev/sda2': Invalid argument
The device '/dev/sda2' doesn't seem to have a valid NTFS.
Maybe the wrong device is used? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/sda, not /dev/sda1)? Or the other way around?
mount /dev/sda2 : Error code 12

Ton post va beaucoup me servir ...

Re : Asus UX305FA-FB033H
Merci malbo.

Salutations!
