[RESOLU] Mon Dual boot LTS16-04 - Win10 ne marche plus.
Bonjour,
J'ai installe Ubuntu LTS 16/04 en dual boot avec Windows 10.Je n'ai pas rencontre de problemes.
Apres (du moins je pense) une mise a jour de Windows, mon ordi demarrait automatiquement sur windows.
J'ai utilise Boot repair et maintenant j'aiun joli ecran bleu au demarrage indiquant: ERROR Verification failed: (15) Access Denied - et un bouton ok
en cliquant sur ok, j'arrive sur le boot manager qui me donne 2 options:
1 - y
2 - Windows Boot Manager (HFS128G39TND-N210A)
en selectionnant n'importe quelle des 2 options, je reviens sur l'ecran bleu.
La je panique!! Un petit coup de main serait grandement apprecie.

Avec ton support d'installe en mode-live, fais un rapport bisnext (voir la doc).
C'est un dual-boot en mode EFI ?

Je n'ai aucune idée si c'est en mode EFI. L'ordi est relativement neuf (octobre-novembre 2016), je ne sais pas si ça aide!

Ton rapport est trop gros pour le forum ! C'est bâlot. Faut dire qu'il contient plus de 11000 lignes !
Ton dual-boot est en EFI.
Ligne 117 le secure boot est actif, or, t'as un pilote proprio pour ta cg, l'avais-tu desactivé pour ton installe, puis réactivé ?
Enfin, désactive-le pour voir si qlq choses boote, qui sait ?

Je ne suis pas un pro. J'ai juste suivi la notice pour le rapport.
Tu veux dire le desactiver avant de faire un boot repair?
Ou desactiver avant de rebooter? Je peux le desactiver via un live CD?
Je n'ai ni acces a Windows, ni acces a Uuntu (sauf avec un Live CD).

Tu désactives le secure boot dans le bios, tu sauvegardes et tu sorts, et là le pc se lance (mais sur quoi...). Sais-tu accéder à ton bios ?
Pour ton rapport, autant de lignes est anormal il me semble. Je l'ai téléchargé car au bout d'un temps il ne sera plus dispo (fais de même pour ta lecture personnelle).
Je ne suis pas un pro non plus ; juste un borgne chez les aveugles.

Bon en fait, Grub remarche mais Windows ne se lance pas. Je me suis réjouis trop vite. Quand je clique sur Windows lors de l'écran de dual boot, je tombe sur un écran qui m'indique cela:

Et quand j'appuie je reviens à l'écran de Grub.
Que faire? Je sais que c'est plus un problème de Windows mais bon, je demande au cas où!

Le logiciel a un peu évolué. Il faudrait que tu le réinstalles

puis
sudo bash bisnext --pastebin

La pisteà laquelle je pensais ne semble pas bonne. Boot-repair ne semble pas avoir détruit le fichier de boot de windows car son md5sum est unique.

J'ai noté qu'auparavant, tu avais un secure boot, cela semble valoir le coup de le remettre rien que pour s'assurer que pour windows ce n'est pas la cause.

Je viens de regarder plus en détail ton rapport.
Soit bisnext commet une erreur soit ton fichier de paramétrage de boot est détruit.
Normalement, cela se répare par boot-repair que tu as utilisé sans succès. Donc on va regarder manuellement.
1) Tu bootes avec le support d'installation de ubuntu
2) Tu choisis "essayer avant d'installer"
3) Tu mets le clavier en français avec la commande setxkbmap fr qu'il faut frapper setxkb,qp fr
4) Tu vérifies que la partition de boot est bien restée sdb1
sudo fdisk -l ### attention c'est un petit L
5) Tu montes cette partition
sudo mount -v /dev/sdb1 /mnt
6) Tu donnes le retour de
cat /mnt/EFI/ubuntu/grub.cfg
Cela doit ressembler à cela

Je pense que ?? a eu tord de te proposer dans le post #14 de réactiver Secure Boot. Je te recommande de désactiver Secure Boot : il faut que dans le rapport Bisnext on puisse voir :

As-tu une idée pour le contenu du fichier de config du grub EFI?
Tant qu'il sera comme cela, le grub ne devrait pas pouvoir se lancer me semble-t-il?
Avec un tel contenu, je me demande aussi si les fichiers .EFI. n'ont pas aussi ramassé.
On a leur checksum. Mais je ne sais pas trouver les références car il n'y a certainement pas qu'une seule version du shim, du grub, et de bootmgrfw

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu écris que grub ne devrait pas pouvoir se lancer alors que le rapport Bisnext a été fait depuis une session du Ubuntu installé. Mais il est possible que je ne comprenne pas ce que tu veux dire par "grub ne devrait pas pouvoir se lancer".

Je ne connais donc plus la règle qui dit que la suite se passe avec le fichier SDB5.... J'ai du mal à admettre que cela soit codé en dur dans le shimx64.efi
ou que la valeur ci-dessus soit devenue cryptée... Alors je ne sais plus

Qui plus est, j'ai l'impression que c'est grubx64.efi qui vient d'être réinstallé qui assure maintenant le boot. Je ne comprends pas qu'en mode secure, shim ne puise pas afficher le grub, S'il peut être nécessaire de déactiver le secure pour fonctionner sous ubuntu, je ne suis pas certain que l'ennui est au niveau de l'affichage des lignes de choix des noyaux de ubuntu.
J'ai un vague sentiment que les fichiers sécurisés de boot EFI (shim et bootmgrfw) ont récupéré un virus ( "J'ai utilisé Boot repair et maintenant j'ai un joli écran bleu"). Ce qui explique qu'ils ne bootent plus.

@chanchan : si tu presses la touche F12 au démarrage de l'ordi et que tu sélectionnes l'entrée "Windows Boot Manager", est-ce que tu parviens à démarrer normalement une session W10 ?
@Bougron : je tente de comprendre mais je n'ai aucune certitude dans le cas présent.
