[RESOLU] Changement de carte mère
Bonjour,
Suite à de nombreux problèmes je souhaite changer de carte mère.
Voici ce que j'ai :Intel® Core™ i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz × 4
GeForce GTX 750 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
voici la version : 4.4.0-93-generic #116-Ubuntu SMP Fri Aug 11 21:17:52 UTC 2017 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux
Je souhaite savoir quelle carte mère acheter, qui serait compatible avec ma carte graphique, en sachant que j'ai deux barrettes DDR3 à installer.

A ta place je ferai une recherche sur LDLC avec comme critères principaux le type de socket nécessaire pour ton CPU (c'est quoi ?), et des emplacement RAM en DDR3.
En supposant que ta carte mère actuelle est un socket 1150, ça donne ça:

En allant faire une recherche comme demandé je ne trouve pas dans les choix de socket 1156...Du coup je suis perdu et ne sais où et quoi chercher. Je précise que les deux barrettes de RAM que je souhaite installer sont du type DDR3L-1600

Malheureusement les sockets 1156 (car oui, c'est bien ce que tu dois utiliser actuellement) ont étés remplacés par le 1155, puis par le 1150. (Cherche pas à comprendre la logique
Bref, le 1156, c'est vieux... Et j'ai bien peur que tu ai du mal à trouver des cartes mères avec ce type de socket encore en vente
Et il n'est malheureusement pas possible de mettre un CPU 1156 dans un socket 1150 (recherche que je viens d'effectuer) :

Après quelques recherches rapides, je me suis dit qu'investir dans du matériel ancien, même une petite somme, n'était pas forcément une bonne idée.
Si je dois tout changer, grrrr, alors j'ai trouvé ça : kit
Pensez vous que ce sera compatible avec ma carte graphique ? Merci
PS : est ce que mes barrettes de RAM seront compatibles ? J'ai lu que les barrettes DDR3-DIMM le sont, mais les miennes sont des barrettes DDR3L-1600 UDIMM. La question est donc de savoir si elles sont compatibles. Merci

Je pense vraiment que oui (sur à 99%). Après désolé je suis pas du tout expert au niveau hardware Mais franchement si on ancienne carte mere était "normale" (genre pas un truc minuscule de pc portable ou autre) alors il y a pas de raisons.
Juste une chose, avant de changer carte mere et processeur, tu as bien vérifié que tes soucis ne venait pas de la ram ? (Utilisation de memtest etc) ?

Avant d'investir une telle somme, il serait peut-être bon de comprendre ce qui déconne sur ta carte mère actuelle en effet

La carte mère ne déconne pas du tout, je le sais bien. Le problème est qu'une barrette de RAM a grillé ce qui fait que mon PC tourne au ralenti. J'ai acheté 3 fois des barrettes qui étaient supposées être compatibles, en vain. Je suis même allé dans des boutiques spécialisées. La conclusion est que je ne peux pas changer la RAM, et que par conséquent mon ordinateur rame... ahah (ou pas). J'ai donc juste voulu changer la carte mère mais l'emplacement pour le processeur est trop vieux pour que je trouve une carte mère compatible avec le processeur. J' ai fait des recherches d'occas mais un tel achat ne semble pas très judicieux. Si vous avez une solution simple et économique je suis preneur.

C'est quoi comme modèle de carte mère ? Sur Amazon, on trouve toutes sortes de RAM, y comprisles plus anciennes
Depuis ton PC, tu peux nous donner ce retour :

Et on saura précisément ce qu'il peut accepter comme RAM.

Merci de regarder mais j'ai déjà fait ce test et j'ai recherché sur amazone et d'autres sites en mettant la référence de ma carte mère. A chaque fois je me suis retrouvé avec des barrettes non reconnues. Maintenant j'ai 2 barrettes de 4Go, dont j'ai donné la référence et je voudrais simplement pouvoir les utiliser. D'où mon idée de changer la carte mère uniquement...

dmidecode m'a juste donné que ta CM supportait 8 Go de RAM maximum. Peux-tu aussi donner la référence de ta carte mère ?

Effectivement tes slots RAM ne supportent que des barrettes 2Go, il y a quatre slots (d'ou le max à 8Go), une seule est peuplée de 2Go.

Maximum Memory Module Size: 2048 MB
Maximum Total Memory Size: 8192 MB
Ta carte mère ne supporte que 8 Go max au total et des barrettes de 2 Go max. Tes barrettes de 4 Go sont donc incompatibles. Pour avoir 8 Go de RAM, il te faut 3 autres barrettes de 2 Go
Et pour ne pas te tromper, tu peux prendre exactement les mêmes que celle que tu as déjà. J'en ai peut-être en Bretagne si par hasard tu serais dans ce coin.

J'étais en Bretagne il y a peu. Hélas plus maintenant. J'ai cherché les mêmes barrettes que celles que j'ai mais elles sont toutes d'un modèle différent dans le sens où elles sont plus larges que les miennes. Ce qui m'avait amené à penser que les nouvelles barrettes DDR3 n'étaient pas compatibles avec ma carte mère. Mais oui je suis intéressé par des barrettes de 2Go. J'achèterai ça et vous tiendrai au courant si cela ne fonctionnait pas.
je viens de regarder les barrettes. Si je veux avoir 8Go, il m'en faut 3 donc entre 60 et 75euros. Et je reste toujours avec mes deux barrette de 4Go inutilisables sur les mains...

Pour tes barrettes de 4 Go, tu ne pourras malheureusement rien en faire oui Tu peux peut-être te les faire rembourser si ce n'est pas trop tard ou les revendre.
Mais ce sera en tout cas moins coûteux de mettre les bonnes RAM plutôt que de changer la carte mère et le processeur...

Tu en as pour 57€ si tu en prends 3. Si tu commandes une nouvelle carte mère et un nouveau processeur correct, tu vas facilement dépasser les 200€
Regardes sur leboncoin ou dans les magasins d'occasions (chez un informaticien, Happy Cash etc.) si tu en trouves des moins chères sinon

De rien, hein...
Tu as tout intérêt à prendre 4 barrettes identiques...en vitesses et CL. Si tu "mixes" différentes catégories tu peux avoir des problèmes et cela te garantira (le fait d'avoir les 4 mêmes modules) que le Dual channel est effectif.

Je crois bien que j'ai un emplacement qui est grillé depuis que ma 2ème barrette est morte...
Je pense que je vais revendre mes deux barrettes DDR3. Si vous connaissez quelqu'un ?
