Souris bluetooth

Bonsoir,

Je voudrais utiliser une souris bluetooth avec un portable sous Ubuntu 16.04.
Le bluetooth est activé mais la souris n'est pas reconnue...
Quand je lance la recherche de périphérique, rien n'est détecté.
Pour info, c'est une souris Microsoft !!!

Bonjour,

Peux tu retourner entre balises code le retour de

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth

afin d'en savoir plus sur ton matériel?

Ta clé bluetooth est 413c:8187 Dell Computer Corp. DW375 Bluetooth Module

Je vois rien de spécial là dedans, peux tu poster le retour de

hciconfig -a

et aussi essayer de rechercher le périphérique bluetooth puis de poster le retour de

dmesg | tail -n 30

Et est ce que le wifi fonctionne? (ça n'a rien à voir mais il y a deux erreurs qui sont sûrement pas gênantes)

C'est vraiment étonnant qu'il n'y ait pas d'erreurs, le périphérique bluetooth est bien reconnu, ne fait pas de timeout, rien, pas une seule erreur!
Je vais essayer de trouver le chipset (je sais que le chipset est de la marque broadcom) afin de voir s'il n'y a pas un problème avec le pilote.
Peux tu mettre la souris prête à être connectée (je précise que je n'ai pas de souris bluetooth, je sais pas trop comment ça s'appaire, ni s'il y a un bouton on/off), puis donner le retour de

hcitool scan

ça permet de chercher les périphériques bluetooth aux alentours

Pour l'instant, j'ai absolument rien trouvé, le dongle bluetooth se comporte comme s'il fonctionnait très bien mais sans fonctionner...
Est ce que tu mets ton ordi en hibernation ou quelque chose du genre?
Ça vient peut être du pilote, j'ai trouvé une photo de la bête ( https://www.amazon.com/Dell-wireless-Bl … B007ZL3WZ2 , je cherchais le chipset à la base mais personne en parle) et on peut lire broadcom BCM9207.

Est ce que ça marchait avant? Si tu as un live usb, peux tu essayer le bluetooth à partir du live usb?

Le live usb, c'est la clé usb (ou le dvd) que tu as utilisé pour installer ubuntu.

J'ai installé la version Ubuntu 17.10 pensant que ça résoudrait le problème, mais toujours pas de souris Bluetooth reconnue !
