Ubuntu sur mini-pc Samsung N210 Plus
Bonsoir
Récupération et réparation de ce mini portable (bricolage pour faire une alim manquante avec une d'Asus).
Il tourne avec un processeur Intel Atom 1,66MHz 2 coeurs , 1 Gb de ddr2, un disque dur de 250 gigas et ramait auparavant sous Windows 7 starter qui comme son nom ne l'indique pas, avait du mal à démarrer !
J'ai remplacé la barrette par une de 2Gb.
J'ai réussi sans encombre à installer tout un tas de distributions Linux mais le wifi n'a jamais pu être reconnu malgré quelques recherches et tentatives d’installations et autres bidouilles toutes restées sans effets.
Par chance j'avais des mini-carte pci Wifi en rabe et j'ai monté celle d'un Lenovo G780 et là bingo tous les distri fonctionnent.
Curieusement, Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS étant plutôt réactif, je l'ai laissé dessus.
Si ça intéresse Malbo, entre autres, pour ses recensements de portables.

Je te prie de faire un Boot-Info depuis une session de ton Ubuntu 16.04.1 installé en suivant les indications du paragraphe 1.1 Cas où au moins un ubuntu installé sur disque est opérationnel. Puis de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

C'est normal qu'il mette que je suis sous Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS, alors que j'avais installé la 16.04.1 puis fait la mise à jour ?

Je viens d'ajouter le modèle N210 Plus dans la Liste des portables « Samsung »
Pour mémoire, ce modèle est décrit sur cette page du site 01net : http://www.01net.com/tests/samsung-n210 … 14833.html
Il est équipé d'un processeur 64 bits Intel Atom N450 et d'un processeur graphique "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150". On a bien noté ce que tu as décrit dans le post #1 : tu as remplacé la barrette de RAM d'origine de 1 Go par une 2 Go et tu as été obligé de rajouter une mini-carte pci Wifi parce que la WiFi ne fonctionnait pas de base.

je tenais à préciser que la différence entre le N210 et le N210 Plus venait de la fonction supplémentaire : le BlueTooth ... fonction que j'ai perdu avec ma nouvelle carte Wifi du Lenovo.

A mon avis, c'était le pilote BCM4313.
Mais si c'est un ordi fabriqué avant 2012, il n'y avait pas de secure-boot à désactiver !

J'ai une clé usb bluetooth dès que je la mets j'ai tout de suite le logo spécifique dans la barre en haut à droite donc la piste du Bios n'est pas en cause je pense (je suis allé voir dedans quand même sans rien trouver).

Ça n'a rien à voir : la désactivation dans le bios ou par un bouton matériel n'affecte que le périphérique directement branché à la carte-mère à l'emplacement prévu par le constructeur.
Dans ton cas, c'est le port "pci-e mini" qui est (dés)activable dans le bios. Tout ce que tu branches ailleurs est potentiellement actif.
Donc,
- les périphériques externes que tu ajoutes en usb sont autonomes,
- mais concernant la carte wifi+bluetooth interne,
(je suis allé voir dedans quand même sans rien trouver).
tu as bien fait de vérifier !

... ayant 4 carte mini-pci Wifi je décide de démonter la machine pour les tester :
- 1 identifiée par mes soins "S" comme Samsung donc celle d'origine normalement ...
- 1 identifiée Dell 9030 que j'avais mis en remplacement
- 1 provenant d'un mini pc Acer 350
- 1 provenant d'un AIO 9030 Dell
Je monte la 350 = wifi mais pas de bluetooth.
Pour je ne sais quelle idée saugrenue je monte celle identifiée Samsung et ... Wifi et Bluetooth fonctionnent ....
P....n quelle histoire de fou !
