Merci beaucoup Roschan pour ton aide précieuse.
Je vais suivre tes conseils en faisant de temps en temps :

sudo apt update; sudo apt dist-upgrade; sudo apt autoremove; sudo apt clean

Pour le reste j'espère que tout sera ok...

oups erreur de copier-coller de ma part

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/motumedia-ubuntu-libav-daily-xenial.list.save
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/motumedia-ubuntu-libav-daily-xenial.list

Et là enfin, le

sudo apt update

ne devrait plus renvoyer d'erreurs

Mais quoiiiii ???? je ne comprends pas du tout comment ces fichiers peuvent simultanément ne pas exister et définir des sources...

Donne le résultat actuel de la commande 

ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

(et accessoirement celui de 

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

)

Parfait, maintenant le système doit avoir des dépôts "propres" et n'aura pas de problème à faire lui-même ses mises à jour via l'outil graphique
