XPS 13 - Problème de Batterie
Bonjour à tous
je possède un XPS 13 de 2017. Je tourne sous Ubuntu 18.04
Linux 4.15.0-34-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP Mon Aug 27 15:21:48 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
J'ai installé naturellement TLP qui est configuré par défaut.
Mon problème est que ma batterie passe de 60% à 6% en l'espace de quelques secondes. Et cela depuis très peu, 1 semaine maximum. Depuis plus d'1 an, la batterie fonctionnait parfaitement et je tenais aisément plus de 10h là où maintenant à partir de 4h je dois rebrancher.
Ce qui est vraiment surprenant, c'est que ça passe vraiment instantanément de plus ou moins 60% à quasi 5%
Pareil, quand je charge, il passe d'un coup de 40% à 100% de batterie.
J'ai désinstallé / réinstallé TLP, rien n'y fait. Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée?

Salut,
Je n'ai trouvé qu'une page en anglais, à ce sujet.
Il faut donc regarder, chargeur débranché, dans l'onglet Détails les valeurs de Énergie (ou Énergie à pleine charge) et Énergie (théorique).

Merci pour ton retour Inbox (au passage, c'est excellent comme Pseudo!)!
C'est effectivement une stat que l'on retrouve également dans les stats de TLP. Mais pour le coup cela ne provient pas de là.
Je viens de me souvenir qu'une nouvelle version du BIOS a été installée la semaine dernière et comme par hasard les problèmes ont commencé à ce moment là! Je vais donc ouvrir un ticket auprès de Dell.
Mais si d'autres ont des idées, qu'ils n'hésitent pas
