Souris Bluetooth non détectée

Bonjour,
J'ai une souris bluetooth (Logitech M555b) qui auparavant fonctionnait correctement  avec un hp probook4520 sous ubuntu 14.04
j'ai changé d'ordi, j'utilise maintenant un hp-envy, d'abord sous ubuntu 16.04 et maintenant sous 18.04.1., et la souris n'est pas détectée par le bluetooth de l'ordi, qui pourtant a l'air de se lancer correctement. J'avais dans un premier temps laissé tombé et utilisé une autre souris, mais je n'aime pas laisser les questions non résolues.

Une recherche sur le forum semble montrer que le problème est relativement fréquent, mais ne m'a pas permis de comprendre comment le résoudre...

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth

sudo service bluetooth status

dpkg -l | grep blue

et :

rfkill list all

Astuce pour copier / coller sans erreur :

• triple clic gauche pour sélectionner et copier une ligne entière

• clic molette pour coller dans le terminal

Il faudrait essayer d'installer un pilote 0a5c:216d :

- Matériel Broadcom :

-  (pilotes github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware)

avec un exemple d'installation > firmware BCM43142A0-0930-0225.hcd

(...)
- BCM43142 > Bluetooth avec l'adaptateur Broadcom BCM43142 [résolu]  et d'autres précisions dans > [ RÉSOLU ] Bluetooth activé, mais ne détecte rien

Histoire d'être sûr que j'ai bien compris et que je ne vais pas faire de bêtise :
Tu me suggères de suivre les indications contenues dans le lien
firmware BCM43142A0-0930-0225.hcd

en remplaçant  "0930-0225" par "0a5c-216d"

C'est bien ça ?

Il faut essayer d'installer le pilote.

Pour l'instant c'est plutôt pire qu'avant, alors que jusqu'à maintenant le bluetooth semblait fonctionner mais ne détectait pas la souris, maintenant  j'ai le message "Pas de réseau Bluetooth trouvé - Branchez la clé pour utiliser le Bluetooth"

Je vais essayer la méthode de JeremyB

J'ai essayé les deux solutions proposées mais j'ai toujours le dernier message cité "Pas de réseau Bluetooth trouvé"

A tout hasard le résultat de la commande demandée par JeremyB dans ton deuxième lien pour un renommage éventuel de fichier ; je n'ai rien su en déduire - à part qu'il trouve un bug !

Oui, je redémarre à chaque essai.
La page indiquée par jeremy31 concerne la création de fichiers .hcd, mais pour les fichiers que j'ai téléchargés c'est déjà le cas ? En tout cas elle touche à  mes limites de compréhension.
Là où je ne comprends pas bien c'est que tu m'indiques la commande

wget https://github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware/blob/master/brcm/BCM43142A0-0a5c-216d.hcd

qui donne un fichier texte de 53,6 ko
alors que dans un de ses posts jeremy31 fait référence à

 https://github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware/raw/master/brcm/BCM43142A0-0a5c-216d.hcd

qui donne un fichier binaire de 29,6 ko.
De toute façon j'ai essayé les deux, avec le même résultat

Ca ça date de l'époque où ma souris marchait sur mon ancien ordi. D'ailleurs le gars n'a pas compris pourquoi tout à coup elle s'est mise à marcher chez lui...

Oui mais ça fait trois siècles que je n'ai plus booté sur W. Si j'essaie ça va prendre trois plombes pour toutes les mises à jour

- Désactiver le démarrage rapide de windows.    Sous windows
    powercfg   /hibernate off
-  Ne jamais stopper windows avec la fonctionnalité ARRETER mais toujours avec la fonctionnalité REDEMARRER lorsqu'on est susceptible de lancer ubuntu et d'utiliser des périphériques  utilisés par windows : Les partitions NTFS,  le WIFI  et probablement le bluetooth.
Ce  fonctionnement est lié au démarrage rapide de windows qui verrouille (via le bios) les périphériques afin d'être sur de les retrouver à l'identique lors de son démarrage  qui ne refait pas les séquences d'initialisation.
- De stopper windows avec ARRETER que lorsqu'on est absolument sur que le prochain démarrage qu'on choisira de faire sera windows.

Après installation de blueman, et redémarrage, j'ai bien l'applet, mais dans le menu toutes les options sont grisées et inopérantes sauf 'désactiver bluetooth' (!) et en bas 'services locaux', 'greffons, 'help', et 'exit'. toutes les commandes pour connecter des appareils ou échanger des fichiers sont inaccessibles
