Problèmes d'installation d'Ubuntu (v18.10 -- dual boot Windows)
Bonsoir à toutes et à tous, je me permet de poster ici suite à quelques désagréments rencontrés lors de plusieurs tentatives d'installation d'Ubuntu en dual boot avec Windows.
Je tiens à préciser que je suis novice vis à vis des fonctionnalités et de l'usage du bios, et par conséquent assez peu expérimenté, tant sur la pratique, que par la désignation des termes... Je vais tâcher d'être le plus concis possible dans le résumé des étapes que j'ai suivi.
- Je dispose d'un Acer Aspire Gx-781 (format tour/i7-7700/16Go RAM),
- Version Ubuntu choisie : 18.10 (ubuntu-18.10-desktop-amd64)
- Une fois le téléchargement du fichier iso opéré,
>>> Gestionnaire de disques:
>>> Création d'un espace libre (20Go alloués)
- Rufus
>>>Redémarrage
Une fois cette chaine d'opérations effectuée puis fait redémarré mon pc :
- f12 : boot options
>>> Ici s'offre à moi la possibilité de: - 1/ rester sur Windows Boot
- 2/ démarrer en utilisant mon périphérique USB
>>> Une fois avoir choisi l'option 2/ démarrer en utilisant mon périphérique USB, l'interface GRUB (???) s'affiche bel et bien, me proposant soit de:
- 1/ Essayer Ubuntu
- 2/ Installer Ubuntu
>>>Une fois avoir choisi l'option 2/Installer Ubuntu, puis l'avoir installé, un pop-up m'invitant à redémarrer mon ordinateur s'affiche.
>>>Ordinateur redémarré :
>>> f12 : boot options
>>> 2/ démarrer en utilisant mon périphérique USB (cette étape semble indiquer que l'installation ne s'est déjà pas correctement effectuée)
>>> Ubuntu n'est pas installé et je dois réitérer l'opération.
ENSUITE, après avoir réessayé plusieurs fois en suivant conseils, articles, vidéos, l'opération se déroule de moins en moins bien.
Désormais, lorsque j'essaie via le Bios de démarrer mon ordinateur sur mon périphérique USB, un message d'erreur se charge, puis l'écran s'éteint, m'invitant à retourner sur Windows (qui lui n'a rien subi, fonctionne parfaitement).
Voici le message d'erreur

Bonjour,
Démarre sur ton périphérique USB, choix "Essayer Ubuntu" afin de faire une session live. Fais un Boot-Info depuis la session live et donne l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Quelques principes de base :
- toujours "essayer ubuntu" avant de tenter l'installation
- être sur de disposer sur le disque d'un espace non alloué (non formaté) pouvant être utilisé pour créer des partitions Linux
- être sur que cet espace pourra être utilisé pour créer des partitions (attention à la limite des 4 partitions principales des tables msdos)
- démarrer la session "Live" dans le même mode que le Windows existant (si Windows est installé en mode uefi, alors démarrer le Live en mode uefi, démarrer en mode bios si Windows est installé dans ce mode).
Ubuntu sera installé dans le mode de démarrage du LiveUSB, ainsi si Windows et ubuntu sont installés dans le même mode, ubuntu (grub-pc) pourra proposer le choix de démarrer Windows). Dans le cas contraire, le choix de Windows ne sera pas proposé puisque non détecter. Pour le démarrer il faudra changer le mode de démarrage (aller dans le bios)
- En cas de mise en hibernation de windows 10 (le prétendu "arrêt de Windows 10), les partiitions Windows ne seront accessibles qu'en lecture seule (et problèmes de cartes réseaux non disponibles car occupées).

En réponse à malbo: Désormais, via le boot menu, les deux options de démarrage (windows/usb) sont toujours présentes, en revanche, désormais, lorsque je choisis de démarrer sur le périphérique usb, un message d'erreur s'affiche.

Failed to load image EFI BOOT mmx64.efi : Not Found
Failed to start Mok Manager: Not Found
Something has gone seriously wrong: import_mok_state() failed

Concernant le boot info, il faut si j'ai bien compris un accès à la version ubuntu choisie, cependant même ma live usb ubuntu bloque désormais et ne peut être utilisée.

Je rajoute que je dispose une carte graphique nvidia inno3D 1070ti, je ne sais pas si ça vous sera utile,
Et que je ne dispose pas de lecteur cd.
Après avoir testé différentes installations 18.10 > 18.04 LTS > Budgie et ce même sur différent périphériques usb, le message d'erreur :

Si je choisis de start sur périphérique usb:

Essaie de passer par Windows pour démarrer sur sur la LiveUSB comme expliqué dans le tuto du site "Libre à Quimperlé", au paragraphe "Redémarrer en mode EFI avec Windows " : https://libreaquimperle.blogspot.com/p/ … ndows.html (utilise la "Méthode rapide" de préférence)

étapes suivies:
- "Maj" + "Redémarrer"

- utiliser un périphérique
et cette fois-ci j'ai choisi "ubuntu" au lieu d' usb device, et rien ne se passe

Sur une nouvelle clé usb, j'ai également tenté d'installer la version Budgie cette fois-ci;
Le résultat est le même; version live non utilisable et même message d'erreur qu'aux opérations précédentes

Allo Houston, depuis quelques jours (sinon déjà auparavant) on a ce message après installe et consécutivement avec le support d'installe (comme si c'était un fusil à un coup).
Question : qu'est-ce qui retourne ce message ?

@lucmars : en cherchant sur "Failed to open \EFI\boot\mmx64.efi" avec Google, j'ai trouvé deux rapports de bug : Bug #1798171 et Bug #182067
Pour l'instant, je n'arrive pas à faire le tour du problème. Si tu y vois plus clair que moi et que tu sais proposer quelque chose à Afwps, n'hésite pas.
@Afwps : il faudrait que tu rectifies ça dans les posts #4, #5 et #7 plus haut : ce n'est pas "import_mok_state()" mais "import_mok_state0" (c'est un zéro) comme on peut voir sur cette image que j'ai trouvée dans le rapport de bug #1798171 : https://launchpadlibrarian.net/393581454/DSC_0954.JPG Non, c'est bien "import_mok_state()"

en effet c'est bel et bien
import_mok_state()
Pas de 0 !
En revanche, il arrive parfois qu'un "F" s'affiche au centre de l'écran également

J'ai également essayé différentes versions et même différentes distrib; sur plusieurs clés USB; rien ne change, même message.
En tout cas: merci beaucoup pour vos retours, je reste à disposition si besoin de quoi que ce soit en plus.

Bonjour,
Est-ce que le graveur optique de ton ordi fonctionne et est-ce que tu disposes de DVD vierges (on peut utiliser également un DVD réinscriptible) ?
Si oui, ça vaudrait le coup de créer un LiveDVD à utiliser à la place d'une LiveUSB parce que j'ai bien l’impression que ta LiveUSB est sabotée systématiquement quand tu fais une install. Au moins, ça ne risquera pas d'arriver avec un LiveDVD.

Bonjour,
après plusieurs essais dont certains assez hasardeux, j’ai réussi à rendre une de mes clés à nouveau bootable, et j’ai pu y mettre dessus la version desktop de Fedora
Après y être accédé par mon menu boot au démarrage, j’ai d’abord choisi de l’essayer avant de l’installer, y ai passé quelque temps puis ai décidé de l’installer.
Chargement, puis demande à ce que le pc soit reallumé., mais une fois fait, c’est à nouveau une session live qui est seulement proposée, sans conserver les donnees que j’avais pourtant rentrées et les logiciels téléchargés , (mode non persistant si j’ai bien compris)

Bonjour Malbo, désolé pour la réponse tardive.
Voici un boot info depuis une session xubuntu que j'ai réussi à booter sur une clé, pareil, tenté de l'installer, même chose, on me propose de démarrer en session live ensuite.
Je tiens à signaler que j'ai touché aux partitions de disques entre temps mais je pense m'y être très mal pris.

Il me restait une dernière clé usb, j'ai rééssayé une installation ubuntu; le live usb démarre! je procède à l'installation et joins un boot info

Ok alors après être passé sur la session d'essai d'ubuntu, puis avoir tenté à nouveau une installation,je ne peux même plus essayé de live session, ubuntu bloque et relance le même message.

Si votre ordinateur redémarre directement sur Windows, essayez de changer l'ordre de démarrage dans votre BIOS.
Si votre BIOS ne permet pas de changer l'ordre de démarrage, changez l'entrée de démarrage par défaut de l'amorceur Windows.
Par exemple, vous pouvez démarrer Windows, puis saisir la commande suivante dans une invite de commande en mode administrateur :

Boot0000 ubuntu VenHw(99e275e7-75a0-4b37-a2e6-c5385e6c00cb)Cela signifie que le système UEFI qui équipe ta machine est verrouillé : il est impossible de créer une entrée pour Ubuntu ou une entrée pour Fedora. Par contre, il y a une solution qui consiste à détourner l'entrée Windows : je la propose à duo737 dans ce post #8 : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21992393 (attention, la syntaxe de la commande bcdedit de Windows 10 a changé : voir cet autre post #11)
Cette astuce, c'est pour Ubuntu donc elle ne peut pas fonctionner pour Fedora : il faut remplacer "bcdedit /set '{bootmgr}' path \EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi" par "bcdedit /set '{bootmgr}' path \EFI\fedora\shimx64.efi"
