[RÉSOLU] Lubuntu très très lent au démarrage (~4mn)

Bonjour
J'ai passé pas mal de temps sur le net pour essayer de trouver une solution, mais rien de bien probant si ce n'est 2 commandes qui attestent cette lenteur, mais je ne sais pas quoi faire ensuite.

J'ai bien sûr essayé, ainsi que conseillé, de bouger la souris au démarrage + Ctrl ou Shift pour les Pbs d'entropie mais no change !!

j'ai  donc installé 2 vieux PC en Lubuntu pour des copines et apparemment le plus vieux tourne mieux. Il est en 32 bits (pas le choix) et démarre en 1mn10 ce qui est acceptable pour son âge.

Par contre le 2e, objet de ce post, est en 32 ou 64 bits, j'ai donc installé la 64 bits et il met près de 4mn pour démarrer. Les commandes suivantes vous inspirent-elles pour voir d'où ça vient ?

Il a 2 Go de RAM alors que le plus "rapide" n'en n'en qu'un seul, paradoxal non ?
l'autre différence est que le plus lent est installé en 64 bits, mais cela explique-t-il une telle différence de temps de démarrage ???

Salut.
Que cela soient en 32 ou 64 bits, tu auras le même problème. Je vois surtout ceci : 

57.261s apt-daily.service

Est-ce que sur ton système les mises à jour se téléchargent et s'installent automatiquement ?

En le lisant, bien que néophyte sur la question, j'ai vu des trucs !!!

Est-ce normal que le Grub soit sur mes 2 disques ?

Ensuite j'ai vu ça

n'est-ce pas une partie du problème ?

Pour info
sur sda
j'ai un vieux XP dont je ne me sers plus et que je puis virer si c'est lui la source des Pb
sur sdb
un vieux XP que j'ai upgradé en W7
et mon Lubuntu 18.04.2

Salut rogn... merci pour ta réponse
Oui j'ai vu moi aussi ces 57s qui m'ont paru plombantes, mais ne sachant trop ce que c'était je m'en suis remis aux experts.
Bref, automatiquement je ne sais pas car chaque jour, dès que j'ouvre le PC, je commence par cliquer sur l'icône "A" pour mettre à jour, c'est devenu un réflexe.
Pas sûr que ma réponse t'aide beaucoup !!??

Je me suis amusé à faire un petit comparatif du top 7 gros consommateurs AVANT et APRES tes commandes
Ce qui est paradoxal c'est que le temps de démarrage est le même mais que les foyers d'attente se sont déplacés

 AVANT
         57.261s apt-daily.service --> a disparu du top 7
         20.802s dev-sdb3.device --> diminué de 9s après commandes
         20.055s systemd-journal-flush.service -->  diminué de 14s
         16.682s ufw.service --> diminué de 6s
         15.105s systemd-udevd.service --> n'est plus dans le top 7
          4.485s NetworkManager.service --> augmenté de 4s
          4.285s networkd-dispatcher.service --> n'est plus dans le top 7

APRES
         11.081s dev-sdb3.device
         10.977s networkd-dispatcher.service
         10.587s ufw.service
          8.040s NetworkManager.service
          7.341s ModemManager.service
          6.038s systemd-journal-flush.service
          5.994s accounts-daemon.service

Autre constat que tout le monde peut faire :
sur les 3 mn 5s de userspace (le gros de mon Pb je pense)
1mn 50 est consacrée au délai avant d'atteindre l'interface graphique, c'est beaucoup non ?
mais d'où ça vient  ????

Je t'ai fait faire les mises à jour parce que apt-daily.service semblait un contributeur important au temps de démarrage mais ça n'a servi à rien :
AVANT (ton post "1) : 

Startup finished in 39.439s (kernel) + 3min 4.923s (userspace) = 3min 44.362s

APRÈS (ton post #7) :  

Startup finished in 39.414s (kernel) + 3min 5.294s (userspace) = 3min 44.709s

Il doit falloir chercher ailleurs mais je n'ai pas d'idée là...

ça y est, j'ai trouvé la couille.
Dans le fstab, il y a cette ligne : 

UUID=afda27bd-e819-4805-8590-3f9877904884      none            swap    sw              0       0

L'UUID afda27bd-e819-4805-8590-3f9877904884 ne correspond à aucune partition. Il faut corriger cette ligne pour remplacer cet UUID par l'UUID de la partition swap sdb2 qui est 473d2409-de90-4490-bc28-a18a997bab59 de sorte que cette ligne devienne : 

UUID=473d2409-de90-4490-bc28-a18a997bab59      none            swap    sw              0       0

EDIT : pour ouvrir le fichier /etc/fstab dans l’éditeur de texte de Lubuntu avec pouvoir administrateur, je pense qu'il faut copier cette commande : 

leafpad admin:///etc/fstab

et la coller dans un terminal puis valider par la touche Entrée. Ensuite, tu pourras faire la modif que j'ai détaillée ci-dessus.

bien bien vu malbo, erreur stupide.
En effet mes partitions étaient devenues une usine à gaz, je les ai donc simplifiées, mais oublié de revoir mon fstab, je m'en souviendrai !!
Je passe désormais à 1mn 50, beaucoup plus acceptable bien que de 30s supérieur à mon PC le plus faible, mais bon on ne va pas chercher la petite bête.

Puis-je marquer résolu ou y a-t-il une possibilité d’améliorer ton score déjà très bon !!!

Tu peux toujours essayer de désactiver certains services qui ont l'air de plomber le démarrage ; Tu pourras les réactiver au besoin.

Pour commencer, je tenterais la désactivation de NetworkManager-wait-online.service. 

sudo systemctl disable NetworkManager-wait-online.service

Redémarre et dis nous si c'est mieux.

Effectivement je viens d'essayer mon réseau SSH aucun Pb. Je n'arrivais pas à me connecter sur un seul de mes PC mais c'est de ma faute. J'avais activé son Firewall mais oublié de débloquer le port 22, ça ne pouvait donc pas entrer ... normal !!

C'est clair que c'est nettement mieux. En fait je ne sais pas comment malbo a pu trouver ce détail fin, car sans lui je serai encore en train de ramer dans tous les sens car ça ne m'a pas effleuré une seconde qu'en déplaçant ma partition swap son UUID ne suivrait pas. Chaque fois que je vais sur ce forum, grâce au dévouement de ses acteurs, j'apprends qq chose et c'est hyper motivant !!

En fait je fais un constat doublement paradoxal
1- d'après la commande la durée de démarrage semble être de 1mn 26s

Peut-être ne compte-t-il qu'à partir du moment où le menu GRUB apparaît, car avant d'après moi il ignore ce qui se passe ??

2- si je compare avec un autre "petit vieux" encore plus démuni : 1 Mo de RAM only
celui-ci démarre, chrono en main en 1mn 14s ???
Bizarre non ?
la seule différence est que mon "petit vieux" est en 32 bits car son archi n'accepte pas le 64 bits, c'est te dire son âge canonique et pourtant !!!
