=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix packages) and reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sdb2, using the following options: kernel-purge sdb1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sdb1/efi/.../grub*.efi file!

Re : [résolu] impossible d'installer GRUB 2.0

Bonjour,

ensuite

sudo mount /dev/sdb2 /mnt

=================== efibootmgr -v
BootCurrent: 0003
Timeout: 0 seconds
BootOrder: 0000,0003,2003,2001,2002

Boot0003* Linpus lite	HD(1,MBR,0x22,0x26b0,0x1280)/File(EFIBootgrubx64.efi)RC
..
=================== UEFI/Legacy mode:
BIOS is EFI-compatible, and is setup in EFI-mode for this live-session.
SecureBoot disabled. (maybe sec-boot,

Donc live usb,  "essayer avant d'installer" clavier français.
puis passer en mode superviseur

sudo -i

   mount -t proc  /proc              /mnt/proc
   mount -t sysfs /sys               /mnt/sys
   mount --bind   /dev               /mnt/dev
   mount --bind   /run               /mnt/run
   mount --bind   /sys               /mnt/sys
   mount --bind   /etc/resolv.conf   /mnt/etc/resolv.conf
   modprobe efivars

dpkg --configure -a

update-grub

puis tu retentes la commande qui bouclait

apt    install --reinstall   grub-efi-amd64

Puis tu pourras finir classiquement.

apt -f install
grub-install
update-grub
apt autoremove --purge
apt update
apt upgrade
exit

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda2, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sda1/efi/.../grub*.efi file!

=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

=================== Suggested repair

=================== sda2: Location of files loaded by Grub: ====================
           GiB - GB             File                                 Fragment(s)
  48.703125000 = 52.294582272   boot/grub/grub.cfg                             1
  78.645633698 = 84.445106176   boot/vmlinuz-4.15.0-29-generic                 1
  71.199913025 = 76.450324480   boot/vmlinuz-4.15.0-51-generic                 1
  78.645633698 = 84.445106176   vmlinuz                                        1
  73.655387878 = 79.086870528   boot/initrd.img-4.15.0-29-generic              3
  73.756980896 = 79.195955200   boot/initrd.img-4.15.0-51-generic              2
  73.655387878 = 79.086870528   initrd.img                                     3
  73.655387878 = 79.086870528   initrd.img.old                                 3

=================== log of boot-info 20190605_2221 ===================
boot-info is executed in installed-session (Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS, xenial, Ubuntu, x86_64)
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-4.15.0-51-generic root=UUID=ce079c15-7e8d-4d5e-b0d4-0a7d95558b29 ro quiet splash vt.handoff=7

3) Que l'efi démarre de cette façon

=================== efibootmgr -v
BootCurrent: 0003
Boot0003* ubuntu	HD(1,GPT,67d1f125-4ef5-4da0-9e5c-68cfccb742c5,0x800,0x100000)/File(EFIubuntushimx64.efi)RC
=================== UEFI/Legacy mode:
BIOS is EFI-compatible, and is setup in EFI-mode for this installed-session.
SecureBoot disabled.

sudo efibootmgr --create --disk /dev/sda --part 1 --label "grub" --loader "\EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi"

NOTA.
