=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda5, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 Oct 25 11:29 ata-SanDisk_SD8SNAT-128G-1006_162924422246 -> ../../sda
sda3: __________________________________________________________________________
File system: ntfs
Boot sector type: Windows 8/2012: NTFS
Boot sector info: No errors found in the Boot Parameter Block.
Operating System:
Boot files: /Windows/System32/winload.exe
et tu as installé ubuntu 18.04 dedans
sda5: __________________________________________________________________________
File system: ext4
Boot sector type: -
Boot sector info:
Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Boot files: /boot/grub/grub.cfg /etc/fstab
Partition Attrs Start Sector End Sector # of Sectors System
/dev/sdb1 2,048 1,928,865,791 1,928,863,744 Data partition (Windows/Linux)
/dev/sdb2 R 1,928,865,792 1,953,523,711 24,657,920 Data partition (Windows/Linux)
NTFS signature is missing.
Failed to mount '/dev/sdb1': Argument invalide
The device '/dev/sdb1' doesn't seem to have a valid NTFS.
Maybe the wrong device is used? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/sda, not /dev/sda1)? Or the other way around?
mount /dev/sdb1 : Error code 12
mount -r /dev/sdb1 /mnt/boot-sav/sdb1
NTFS signature is missing.

Disk /dev/sdb - 1000 GB / 931 GiB - HGST HTS721010A9E630
Please select the partition table type, press Enter when done.

[Humax ] Humax partition table
[Mac ] Apple partition map
[None ] Non partitioned media
[Sun ] Sun Solaris partition
[XBox ] XBox partition
[Return ] Return to disk selection

[ Analyse ] Analyse current partition structure and search for lost partitions
[ Advanced ] Filesystem Utils
[ Geometry ] Change disk geometry
[ Options ] Modify options
[ MBR Code ] Write TestDisk MBR code to first sector
[ Delete ] Delete all data in the partition table
[ Quit ] Return to disk selection
Disk /dev/sdb - 1000 GB / 931 GiB - CHS 121601 255 63
Current partition structure:
Partition Start End Size in sectors
No FAT, NTFS, ext2, JFS, Reiser, cramfs or XFS marker
1 P MS Data 2048 1928865791 1928863744 [Basic data partition]
1 P MS Data 2048 1928865791 1928863744 [Basic data partition]
2 P MS Data 1928865792 1953523711 24657920 [Basic data partition]
Après analyse, ça me donne ça :

Tu devrais installer https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/smartmontools

smartctl -s on -a D:
En retour, j'ai eu ça :
smartctl 7.1 2019-10-19 r4975 [x86_64-w64-mingw32-w10-1903] (CircleCI)

Bonjour
9 Power_On_Hours ====> 9436

9 Power_On_Hours 0x0012 099 099 000 - 12270
12 Power_Cycle_Count 0x0032 100 100 000 - 1116
192 Power-Off_Retract_Count 0x0032 099 099 000 - 1609
193 Load_Cycle_Count 0x0012 099 099 000 - 1609
Pour en revenir à ton Hitachi, ceci
184 End-to-End_Error 0x0033 100 100 097 Pre-fail Always - 0
