Tu sembles bien avoir 2 cartes présentes sur ton système Intel et nivida.
Il faut que tu installes le pilote nvidia propriétaire et après regarde la documentation pour prime.

(regarde quand même si sans installer de chose spécifique pour prime, tu n'a pas une option prime dans nvidia-settings comme dans la documentation après avoir installé les pilotes propriétaire, après je n'ai jamais eu ce cas de figure).
Pour les paquets nvidia que tu cites les versions dont ils parlent avec 390. 418, 340, ces numéros correspondent à des versions du pilote propriétaire.
Le site github de Leela-Zero à la fin parle bien de technologie Nvidia, suis presque certains que ton soft a besoin d’avoir un accès plein au hardware pour utiliser le GPU dans le cadre de calcul......

Je pense avoir installé les pilotes manquants
en tout cas j'ai utilisé
ubuntu-drivers devices
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall
et jai relancé
dans la liste des drivers j'ai le choix entre "Utilisation de Nvidia binary 384
Utilisation de Nvidia Binary 340
Utilisation de X.Org X Server -- Nouvea driver display xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
actuellement c'est le premier qui est sélectionné
j'ai installé prime, par contre ils demandaient d'installer au passage nvidia-390 mais "E: Impossible de trouver le paquet nvidia-390"
dans nvidia-settings, c'est bien nvidia qui est selectionné pour le GPU
pour le ./test
je n'ai plus l'erreur de segmentation à l a fin, par contre j'ai toujours quelques fail au milieu, mais je ne sais pas si elles sont importantes ou pas

Peux-tu retirer "beignet-opencl-icd" :
apt remove beignet-opencl-icd
C'est une librairie OpenCL pour le GPU Intel et précédemment celle-ci seule générait déjà une erreur qui allait jusqu'au "core dump", après suppression tape un "clinfo" tu devrais passer de 2 plateformes à 1 seulement.
Ceci doit supprimer les 20 messages d'erreurs qui sont liées à ta carte Intel, bilan elle ne fonctionnait pas avant et ne fonctionne toujours pas.
DRM IOCTL I915 = (Carte graphique Intel avec un contrôleur de type i915).
DRM_IOCTL_I915_GEM_APERTURE failed: Invalid argument
Fait ceci relance et regarde si mieux pour les erreurs.

Le mode half précision n’est juste pas supporté par la version CUDA de ta carte, ceci permet de réduire l’usage de la mémoire dans le cadre de calculs de réseau neuronal.
Idem pour l’autre option c’est une technologie aussi mise en place pour l’AI et ta carte ne supporte pas celle-ci.

Au passage, j'ai réussi à l'associer à une interface, et ca marche du feu de Dieu
