Problème pour éteindre l'ordinateur [RÉSOLU] et allumer Windows

Bonjour,

D'abord je pense que mon problème implique ma carte graphique mais pas sûr...

1) Depuis une semaine, à chaque fois que je tente d'éteindre Ubuntu (20.04), ça ne marche pas. Je reste sur un écran noir mais l'ordinateur tourne, donc je dois l'éteindre "à la main". J'ai modifié mon GRUB en changeant

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

pour

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi=force"

La différence, c'est qu'à présent j'ai du texte à l'allumage et l'éteignage, mais celui-ci ne marche toujours pas. Notamment, j'ai :

et c'est pourquoi je pense à un problème de carte graphique.

2) Depuis exactement aussi longtemps que ce problème a commencé, je ne peux plus allumer Windows 10 (en dual boot). J'ai simplement un écran de dépannage, qui ne fonctionne pas et donc ne sert à rien (pour l'instant).

Donc que faire ?

Merci ! Ça a marché, après avoir dû éteindre l'ordinateur à la main une dernière fois.

En revanche pour Windows, je sais que ce n'est pas l'endroit, et je vais donc aller voir ailleurs, mais ça n'a rien changé.

J'ai l'impression que ça déconne à plein régime : après la nouvelle mise à jour Ubuntu, je ne peux plus accéder au GRUB au démarrage, et je démarre directement sous Ubuntu. Comment accéder à nouveau au GRUB ?

De plus, je n'ai toujours aucune solution pour accéder à Windows. Toutes les options trouvées sur internet restent sans résultat.

Dans ce nouveau contexte, fais un boot-info depuis un support d'installation et surtout modifie le titre pour qu'il reflète le problème ou fais une nouvelle demande

Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 20.04 LTS CurrentSession entry (sda2/efi/****/shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message) file) !
If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your UEFI firmware.

If your UEFI firmware does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\****\shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message)
paste.ubuntu.com ko ()
paste.debian.net ko ()

Je précise que je suis passé de Windows 8 à 10 il y a déjà un an et que je n'ai pas eu de problème depuis.

Je suis surpris par cette codification, elle pourrait aussi en être la cause.

Après avoir essayé des choses au hasard, le GRUB semble bien présent au démarrage, mais caché derrière un écran intégralement noir, avec un simple "_" blanc... Donc c'est mieux que rien, mais comment puis-je me débarrasser de cet écran superfétatoire ?
