[RESOLU] Erreur migration 16.04 LTS vers 18.04 LTS (systemd)
Bonjour à tous,
Je galère à mettre à jour mon serveur qui tourne actuellement sur une 16.04 LTS. Je viens chercher quelques lumières.
Lors de la mise à jour, le paquet systemd ne passe pas. De là, découle une multitude de paquet cassés.
J'ai restauré le système plusieurs fois depuis une sauvegarde clonezilla, je suis paumé !
apt-get install -f ne donne rien.
J'ai vu le bug avec systemd-shim. Le renommage de /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.systemd1.service en /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.systemd1.service.bak n'a pas d'effet. Que ce soit après le plantage de l'upgrade ou avant de lancer l'upgrade. J'ai également tenter apèrs restauration de supprimer le paquet systemd-shim et upstart. Mais rien n'y fait, j'ai toujours le problème avec systemd à la mise à jour.
Je ne suis pas un tueur des méandres de linux, du coup, je ne sais pas ou trouver un log qui m'en dirait un peu plus qu'apt-get.
S'il y a une bonne âme dans le coin qui se sent de filer un coup de main, je suis preneur !
La bête à 9 ans et est parfaitement configurée. Repartir de 0 n'est pas envisageable 
Elle a connue la 10.04, 14.04 et 16.04. Elle mérite sa 18.04 et sa 20.04.

Entrer des commandes dans un terminal et donner le résultat - Voilà la marche à suivre :
Ouvre le terminal avec ctrl-alt-t
Sélectionne la commande voulue avec un triple clic (ça sélectionne toute la ligne, même la fin si on ne la voit pas)

Je vois que tu utilises le ppa ondrej, qui serait bloquant pour des mises à jour > [RESOLU] [PHP] Impossible d'upgrade la version de php
Il faut des aidants spécialistes.

Merci pour ça, je verrais sur le moment pour yarn.
Là, mon problème, c'est surtout systemd. Sachant que les dépôts non officliels sont temporairement désactivés lors de la mise à niveau, je pense pas que ça vienne de là.

Si cela vient de là. Tu as installé par le passé tout un tas de paquets issus de dépôts non officiels et c'est bien la présence de ces paquets qui risque d'empêcher la mise à niveau.
Il faut suivre les indictions du fil donné par xubu1957 ou repartir sur une installation neuve de Ubuntu 20.04.

Problème résolu !
/var/log était un lien symbolique, et ça plaisait pas à systemd. En remettant un répertoire normal, c'est passé.
La mise à niveau s'est bien passé. Pour le moment, pas de gros dégats. mysql ne démarrait plus, j'ai du modifier la config apparmor. J'ai du installer curl (bizarre, ça fonctionnait avant), et j'ai un notice sur phpmyadmin (rien de grave). Tout le reste semble fonctionnel.
@xubu1957 : Merci pour ton aide ! J'étais passé à coté de l'option s pour apt, ça pourra m'aider dans le futur. Le dist-upgrade est inutile ici, car il reste sur la 16.04. Et l'option sandbox do-release-upgrade n'existe plus.
@bruno : Je persiste. Ondrej est un dépôt pour les libs PHP majoritairement. Ca peut casser des trucs, mais systemd, j'en doute
Je passe en résolu. Je vais tenter de passer sur 20.04, il se peut que vous me revoyez rapidement

Le remplacement de dist-upgrade par full-upgrade est pédagogique : beaucoup pensaient dist = distribution, confondaient ça avec version et pensaient que ça faisait une mise a niveau de leur distribution.
Le remplacement de apt-get par apt est une réécriture logicielle complète. (sous le capot, quoi...)
