Non, n'active pas les dépôts d'anciennes versions, c'est pas une bonne idée. Faudrait plutôt nettoyer les dépôts obsolètes désactivés
Sinon pour l'instant j'ai pas de nouvelle idée pour ta webcam, mais j'espère juste que la webcam n'est pas en lien avec la carte graphique

Dans ce cas il faudrait remplacer la ligne par
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu focal partnerMais si on coche les dépôts partenaires dans Logiciels et mises à jour, la modification est faite automatiquement

dans mes recherches, je suis passé sur V4l2UCP (Universal Control Panel)
vous pensez que ca peut faire une difference ?
