[RÉSOLU] demarrage en busybox/disque dur interne invisible en live-usb

Bonjour,

ma fille a reçu un Dell Latitude 5510 avec ubuntu préinstallé.
Malheureusement, un mauvais arrêt faute de courant électrique et un peu d'inattention ont provoqué un démarrage en busybox.
Je n'arrive pas a solutionner ce problème. Ça fait des années que je n'utilise plus Ubuntu pour ma part. Et je suis bien embêtée.
J'ai démarrer son pc sur un live.usb Ubuntu, pour avoir accès à ses données et les sauvegarder pour pouvoir ensuite installer linux mint que je préfère de loin justement parce que je trouve ça plus stable et donc moins enquiquinant pour moi qui ne suis pas fan d'informatique.
Malheureusement, je n'arrive pas à avoir accès au disque dur interne.
Peut-être me manque t-il une manip au niveau du bios.UEFI... mystère, je suis larguée.
L'utilitaire Disk et gparted ne me montre que ma clef usb.
La commande fdisk -l ne montre rien de plus.

Bonjour,
Ton disque n'apparaît pas, c'est problématique.
Tu peux redémarrer sur ton live usb et donner le retour de

dmesg

afin de voir s'il y a des traces de ton disque dur, ainsi que de

lsblk

Mmm… disque invisible, se peut-il qu'il y ait de la technologie intel Optane dans cet ordinateur ?

A croire que l'artêt anormal l'a réactivé.

Oh terriblement bien vu geole → ça renforce un peu la piste Optane/RST/SRT ( à priori prise en charge sous Linux à partir des processeurs intel 7è génération KabyLake avec bios correspondant à jour ).

Il est volontaire ce point de montage pour /cdrom dans sda1 ? [ ça le rend inaccessible aux logiciels en snap ]

SDA1 c'est le live-usb !!!!! → ou dvd-live ? mais oui, je retourne hiberner dans ma grotte… lol
