[RESOLU] Ubuntu 16.04 unable to enumerate USB device

Bonjour,

j'utilise Ubuntu 16.04 sur un vieux Vaio 32bit
il y a 2 jours j'ai branché mon nouveau téléphone (un moto E) dessus en USB, pour copier des fichiers
-Ubuntu était incapable de reconnaitre le périphérique
-maintenant plus aucun port USB ne marche
-l'ordi ne démarre plus une fois sur deux (je dois forcer l'arrêt, puis démarrer à nouveau)

pendant le démarrage, la console tourne en rond pour essayer de détecter les appareils usb (une souris), sans succès:

j'ai essayé de faire la manip indiquée pour le driver uhci_hcd également, sans succès.

concernant le bug au démarrage du PC (obligé de forcer l'arrêt puis redémarrer), j'avais eu ce problème, résolu dans un post précédent, il fallait éditer le fichier Grub.
Là, je suis allé voir mais le fichier Grub n'a pas été modifié, donc je ne sais pas non plus où se trouve la source du problème.

j'ai essayé mes 3 ports, aucun ne marche, la souris est allumée mais ne réagit pas, mon DD externe s'allume mais ne se boot pas.

que faire??

pourquoi le branchement d'un périphérique usb (le téléphone en l'occurence) provoque-t-il un tel bazar?? il n'y a pas moyen de s'en prémunir?

Je tente aussi de virer les pilotes ehci_hcd et uhci_hcd avec modprobe

sans succès non plus!

d'après ce que j'en comprends, pour pouvoir désactiver les pilotes USB il faut en faire des modules, pour cela il faut recompliler le noyau? ce qui prend 1-2h plus le risque de faire un truc foireux. je vais attendre un peu...

En fin de compte la solution était la suivante:

éteindre l'ordi, débrancher, enlever la batterie, attendre un peu, rebrancher, redémarrer.

les ports usb remarchent. même le téléphone qui avait déclenché le bug fonctionne.
plus de blocage au démarrage avec obligation de forcer l'arrêt
plus de spam de console avec l'erreur usb
