[Résolu] Démarrage impossible

Bonjour à tous et toutes,

Je vous écris car je viens d'installer Ubuntu sur mon PC Acer qui était sous Windows 8.

J'ai écrasé le disque dur et installé uniquement Ubuntu.

Toute l'installation s'est bien passée mais le PC ne veut plus démarrer.

Lorsque l'installation s'est terminée, on vous demande de retirer la clé USB d'installation puis de redémarrer. Ce que je fais. Et la, impossible de lancer le démarrage de la machine. Un petit message apparaît "Reset System" et l'ordinateur redémarre sans cesse.

J'ai essayé de réinstaller Ubuntu, pas de changement.

J'ai également fait tourner le boot-repair sur une session d'essai Ubuntu. Voici les résultats que j'ai obtenu : https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/G5zYBtRXD6

Le boot-repair non plus n'a pas l'air de résoudre le problème

As-tu tenté d'appuyer sur la touche F12?
Demain, je te donnerais les consignes pour recréer la structure de boot windows pour booter ubuntu
Elles vont dépendre  de la réussite ou pas de la touche F12.

Je donne la solution dans le post #3 de la discussion (il faut utiliser la fonctionnalité "select an uefi file as trusted" du Bios).

Merci à tous ! En effet, il doit s'agir de cela.

Il fallait aller chercher le fichier "shimx64.efi" en appuyant sur F2 au démarrage.

J'ai ensuite modifié l'ordre dans le boot pour lancer ce fichier en premier et ô miracle, ça fonctionne.

Désolé je n'ai pas tout le vocabulaire adéquat.

C'est le "boot repair" qui m'a mis sur la piste. Une fois la réparation terminée, une fenêtre s'ouvre et vous indique tout en bas de ne pas oublier d'aller chercher ce fameux fichier.

Il doit s'agir d'une belle erreur de débutant, toutes mes excuses

Interprétation : La ligne "BootCurrent" indique que le démarrage s'est fait sur l'entrée 0002. Cette entrée est en priorité de démarrage comme l'indique la ligne "BootOrder". Mais le plus important, c'est que cette entrée a été créée avec la fonctionnailité "select an uefi file as trusted" du Bios. Je reconnais ça à son allure (on y voit la mention "PciRoot" en particulier) :

Cette entrée porte la désignation "yes". Je pense que tu n'as pas vraiment choisi ce nom mais que tu as pataugé en voulant suivre les indications de ce post : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21459420 (il était écrit : "Quand tu vois la fenêtre dont tu parles, je te propose de taper "shim" (sans les guillemets) dans le champ "Boot Description" (ça va donner un nom à la nouvelle entrée qui va être créée) puis de cliquer sur "Yes" dans la même fenêtre". Toi tu as tapé les 3 lettres "Yes" comme nom de la nouvelle entrée. C'est sûrement le stress...)

Je ne crois pas que ce soit utile. La fonctionnalité "select an uefi file as trusted"  consiste justement à forcer le Bios à considérer une certaine entrée UEFI comme étant "secure".

Je viens d'ajouter la ligne Aspire ES1-531-C34Z dans la Liste des portables « Acer » pour y mentionner ton succès.
Pour mémoire, ce modèle - sorti en 2015 - est visible sur cette page du site LDLC : https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00199158.html
Il est équipé d'un processeur Intel Celeron N3050 ; la partie graphique "Intel HD Graphics" est intégrée dans le processeur. Il n'y a pas de carte graphique dédiée.

EDIT : je te prie de passer la discussion en "résolu" en procédant comme suit :
1) te connecter sur le forum
2) cliquer sur "Modifier" en bas à droite de ton PREMIER post
3) modifier le titre de la discussion pour qu'il devienne :
