Bonsoir.
Je pense que tu as mal suivi le document ou tu n'as pas tout copié.
car je ne vois pas trace de cette commande

correction.

sudo apt update

D'autre part, pense aussi à faire la mise à jour en attente.
correction

sudo apt  upgrade

sudo apt update 		# pour actualiser l'état des sources
sudo apt full-upgrade 		# pour mettre à jour les paquets et leurs dépendances

Par contre le ppa https://launchpad.net/~dhor/+archive/ub … lter=focal n'a pas grand'chose en version focal ( 20.04 ).
Et pas SmillaEnlarger :

Donc c'est pas trop la peine d'ajouter ce ppa …ça veut pas dire que c'est impossible à installer mais peut-être pas par cette méthode :
en téléchargeant directement le paquet .deb → smillaenlarger_0.9-1dhor~bionic_amd64.deb ? ? ?

Il y a sinon les sources disponibles par là https://sourceforge.net/projects/imageenlarger/ à compiler…
