Je pense qu'on peut supprimer et on verra. Au pire on pourrait les remettre ?
J'ai quelques problèmes oui : le son de l'enregistrement du micro interne est très faible, j'ai quelques fois l'écran qui freeze (obliger de rebooter), des petits problèmes de mise en veille (écran de veille qui reste allumé). Mais pas sûr que ça ait un rapport (?).

Si les dépôts Lenovo ne peuvent pas être utilisés (parce qu'ils sont prévus pour la 20.04), on ne pourra pas remettre ces paquets.
Pour ce qui est des problèmes de micro et d'écran qui freeze, je ne saurais pas dire si c'est dû à une mauvaise prise en charge du matos qui nécessite d'installer des paquets de Lenovo ou si ça n'a rien à voir. Pour le micro, c'est possible mais pour l'écran qui freeze, ça me semble moins probable.

Je pense qu'on peut supprimer. Au pire du pire, si y a des trucs qui marchent plus, je pourrai revenir à 20.04 ? De toute façon là en 21.04, je n'utilise pas ces paquets (si ?) et je n'ai pas de problèmes.

Bon, on va les supprimer. Comme je le disais, je pense que ce sont juste des méta-paquets qui n'installent rien eux-mêmes, sans en être sûr.
Par contre, si tu veux revenir en 20.04, ce ne sera pas possible sans réinstallation complète.
Pour les supprimer :
sudo apt-get remove --purge oem-sutton.newell-adam-meta oem-sutton.newell-meta
À part ça, est-ce que ton scanner fonctionne ?

Oui, reste sur le 5.11, c'est la version des dépôts Ubuntu. Je ne sais pas d'où venait ton 5.13 mais tu le retrouveras de toute façon après passage en 21.10, installé proprement.
On a à peu près fini, on va juste faire un peu de nettoyage supplémentaire :
sudo apt-get autoremove --purge
Ensuite, redonne la liste des .list :
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d
et les paquets des noyaux :
dpkg -l | grep linux-

@xubu1957 : Si, mais là c'était le retour encore en 21.04. Maintenant que TVG est passé en 21.10, on va corriger ce dépôt (et d'autres).
@TVG : le sources.list est globalement bon, il faudrait juste corriger le dépôt partner (vers la fin) pour le passer en impish au lieu de hirsute. Il n'a pas été traité parce qu'il est désactivé, c'est à corriger au cas où tu l'actives plus tard.
Pour les autres dépôts (google-chrome.list, megasync.list, teams.list, teamviewer.list et zotero.list), tu peux les éditer et les remettre exactement comme dans le message #74, sauf megasync.list dans lequel il faut aussi corriger le 21.04 en 21.10 :

Une fois que c'est fait :

Tiens, Signal était encore installé ? Comme tu n'en as plus besoin, on le supprime :
sudo apt-get remove --purge signal-desktop
Si tu en as encore l'utilité, on verra pour le réinstaller proprement, il me semble qu'il y a un dépôt ou un format alternatif plus à jour que le vieux dépôt 16.04.
À part ça, il y a juste un peu de nettoyage à faire dans les noyeux, donc :

Pour mettre Zotero en snap, je fais ça ?
1) je supprime d'abord le deb (apt) avec
sudo apt-get remove --purge zotero
2) nettoie les dépendances devenues inutiles avec
sudo apt-get autoremove --purge
3) supprime le dépôt devenu également inutile avec
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/zotero.list
4) installe zotero-snap avec
sudo snap install zotero-snap
5) vérifie qu'il est bien dans la liste des snaps installés avec
snap list
Ça va bien garder mes données dans Zotero ?
EDIT : par contre depuis l'installation de 21.10, je n'ai plus de Dock ni d'extensions Gnome Shell. Sur https://extensions.gnome.org/, j'ai ça : "Although GNOME Shell integration extension is running, native host connector is not detected. Refer documentation for instructions about installing connector.".

Tout d'abord, le noyau 5.11 obsolète à supprimer :
sudo apt-get remove --purge linux-image-5.11.0-49-generic linux-modules-5.11.0-49-generic linux-modules-extra-5.11.0-49-generic
Pour Zotero, c'est bien ça. Vérifie juste avant que le paquet à supprimer s'appelle bien "zotero" et pas quelque chose comme "zotero-deb" ou je ne sais quoi. Tu devrais pouvoir le trouver avec :
dpkg -l | grep zotero
Et pour les extensions GNOME... je ne sais pas du tout (d'autant que j'utilise XFCE). Tu peux commencer par essayer ça :
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop
Est-ce que ça te réinstalle des paquets manquants ?
Sinon, d'après un article sur AskUbuntu (mais pas sûr que ce soit le même problème), tu peux essayer ça :
sudo apt-get install chrome-gnome-shell
Est-ce que ça change quelque chose ?

Pour les extensions GNOME, j'ai eu ce message en ouvrant GNOME Tweak. Je comprends qu'il faudrait faire :
flatpak install flathub org.gnome.Extensions
comme indiqué ici.
Dois-je faire ceci avant ?

J'ai aussi trouvé cette discussion sur le sujet.
Je comprends pas très bien comment s'imbriquent tous ces paquets.
En fait, même sans extension, je suis censé avoir un Dock sous GNOME ? Mes extensions GNOME fonctionnent toutes sauf Dash to Dock.
EDIT : je n'ai pas accès à mes extensions GNOME sous Firefox, mais j'arrive à y accéder via Chrome.
EDIT 2 : j'ai installé "Extensions" via flatpak et ça permet d'accéder au propriétés des extensions comme en passant par Chrome. Sinon, j'ai trouvé comment faire apparaître le Dock : dans les options de l'extension "Dash to Dock", il faut cocher la case "Use built-in theme". J'ai toujours des bugs mais ça progresse.
EDIT 3 : j'ai remis GRUB à :
GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE=hidden
GRUB_TIMEOUT=0
mais il s'affiche toujours au démarrage.

Pour les paquets/dépôts, c'est bon. Tu peux éventuellement supprimer tous les .distUpgrade qui sont dans /etc/apt/sources.list.d (en gardant les .list correspondants, bien sûr).
Idem pour Zotero. Donc, pour ce qui est de la mise à niveau, on a fini.
Reste donc ce problème d'extensions qui est apparu avec la dernière mise à niveau.
Concernant GRUB, tu as bien fait un sudo update-grub après avoir modifié le fichier de config ?
Pour le problème d'extensions :
- Ne t'occupe pas du message de ta capture, il dit juste d'installer le gestionnaire d'extensions via flathub si la distro ne le propose pas dans ses dépôts mais Ubuntu le fait.
- Qu'est-ce que tu as dans le dossier ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions ?
- Est-ce que tu utilises des extensions perso habituellement ou tu t'en tiens à celles installées avec Ubuntu ?
- Tu devrais effectivement avoir un dock, géré par un fork de dash-to-dock développé par Canonical (le but étant qu'Ubuntu avec GNOME ressemble à Ubuntu avec Unity).

Tu as plusieurs extensions installées qui ne sont pas fournies avec Ubuntu de base, c'est possible que certaines ne soient pas à jour, plus compatibles avec ta version de GNOME, etc.
Si tu remarques encore des problèmes, il faudra voir les extensions au cas par cas. Pour le moment, si tu vas sur le gestionnaire d'extensions (que ce soit par le navigateur ou Tweaks), tout fonctionne bien ? Tu peux désactiver/activer les extensions, elles sont notées à jour et compatibles, etc. ?
Pour le problème de lecteur d'empreinte digitale, c'est typiquement le genre de matos qui nécessite un pilote spécifique, qui était peut-être fourni par le dépôt Lenovo. Du coup, que je comprenne bien :
- tu te connectes à ta session via un lecteur d'empreintes au lieu de taper ton mdp ?
- la connexion en question fonctionne toujours sur ton Ubuntu actuelle ?
- précédemment, Google Chrome ne te demandait pas de mdp (il le récupérait via le lecteur, en gros) mais maintenant oui ?
- quid des autres logiciels qui demandent un accès au trousseau global ? par exemple Firefox ou Thunderbird si tu les utilises ?
