oui j'ai toujours la clé bootable, j'ai mis Windows 11 que j'ai téléchargé sur le site Microsoft avec Rufus sous Windows pour la rendre bootable.
j'ai là garanti de deux ans pour casse ou vol.
malheureusement je ne pourrai faire les manips avant ce week-end.
d'ailleurs pour Windows le problème du boot j'ai peut-être trouvé la solution avec le site Asus ils ont le même bios que le mien dans la vidéo

si possible je préfère remettre Windows 11 que si je dois le ramener en garantie parce que c'est assez embêtant.

pour changer de carte , je vois pas tellement ou ca peut etre ailleurs que dans " graphics configuration " ... essaie les options optimisées ( dans le menu tout a droite , voir mon message precedent ), dans mon souvenir , ca mettait la carte a la place de l' iGPU .

@iznobe: Je maintiens le "à moitié pété", des freezes sur windows et la cg dédiée qui n'apparaît pas sur ubuntu, pour moi ça fait aucun doute, même si le pc est neuf.
@Jack_lords: pour en être sûr, tu peux redémarrer ubuntu et donner
sudo dmesg
qui devrait soit donner une quantité d'erreurs, soit rien dire à propos de la puce nvidia. (je pense qu'il y aura énormément d'erreurs).
Réinstaller windows 11 c'est pour que le SAV ne t'embête pas, juste une question de tranquillité. Et de toute façon, sur des problèmes de cet ordre, si vraiment la cg dédiée a un problème, le pc ne reviendra pas, tu en auras un autre.
Pour le problème de lecteur pas vu, le plus simple c'est de désactiver RST, après on peut rajouter des drivers mais j'ai jamais fait.

Salut nuliel , je trouve que tu vas un peu vite en besogne sur ce coup là .
Tant qu ' on est pas sur que la carte nvidia est activée / desactivée dans le BIOS , a mon avis , il ne vaut mieux pas se prononcer .
Dans mes souvenirs , y avait un menu dans une page qui donnait la possibilité d' activer / desactiver les peripheriques materiels . a l' epoque ca s' appelait " peripherals " ou un truc approchant , mais dans ton cas , le seul truc approchant est le" I / O " je sais plus quoi , mais on y a pas vu la carte grapphique curieusement .
il arrive comme le dis Nuliel que des ordis neufs soient effectivement defectueux , ou une piece dans ceux-ci . Sauf qu ' on ne sait pas ou ca se passe dans le BIOS soit pour activer la carte nvidia , soit pour desactiver l ' iGPU , ce qui revient au meme finalement .
Pour le disque dur NVME , oui , il faut desactiver RST et etre en mode AHCI pour le SATA .

Oui les freeze sur Windows lors de l'utilisation de Firefox où edge c'est bizarre je me suis dit l'ordi est défectueux mais arriver sur Ubuntu rien plus de freeze sauf minecraft mais depuis je n'ai pas retesté.
Du coup si je le ramène en garantie il faut une raison je pense et là je ne vois pas quoi dire, il faudrait être sûr que la carte graphique soit défectueuse, il n'existe pas un test sur Ubuntu pour gpu ?
Mais dans mon cas c'est le gpu d'Intel qui va être testé ?
Ouai difficile comme problème, ou alors peut-être le pilote n'est pas à jour il faudrait voir si quelqu'un n'a pas un GPU 3060 laptop sous Ubuntu pour comparer.

Si vous avez cherché un nouvel ordinateur portable de jeu récemment, il y a de fortes chances que vous soyez tombé sur un commutateur MUX.
La plupart des ordinateurs portables de jeu modernes sont équipés de deux processeurs graphiques ou GPU : un GPU intégré (iGPU) et un GPU discret (dGPU). L’iGPU fait partie du CPU, tandis que le dGPU est une puce graphique supplémentaire qui est plus puissante que l’iGPU mais consomme beaucoup plus d’énergie. Les fabricants d’ordinateurs portables de jeu ont introduit le commutateur MUX ou multiplexeur qui active ou de désactive l’iGPU pour équilibrer l’autonomie de la batterie et les performances graphiques. Le commutateur multiplexeur (MUX) est une puce située sur la carte mère de l’ordinateur portable, qui modifie physiquement la connexion entre le iGPU, le dGPU et l’écran.
Cette commutation est effectuée par :
- Optimus (également connu sous le nom de MSHybrid) sur les ordinateurs portables équipés d’un GPU NVIDIA
- Switchable Graphics sur les ordinateurs portables équipés d’un GPU AMD.

Salut,
Ce PC comprend bien Mux et Optimus pour basculer de l'un à l'autre.
As-tu testé la différence entre PC sur batterie et sur 220V ? Si la bascule automatique fonctionne tu devrais démarrer sur la carte Intel (batterie) et sur nvidia (220V). Un simple lspci, dans un terminal devrait confirmer si cette bascule est fonctionnelle.
Si tu vois la carte Nvidia apparaître, essaye de lancer :
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall
Donne bien les retours.
Dans le cas, ou le pilote nvidia est bien installé, tu peux redémarrer et tester sous batterie et sous 220V

Non cela ne change rien qu'il soit sous batterie ou 220V, pas de différence avec lspci
j'ai désactiver control armory crate support rien ne change.

Oui, tu télécharges ce fichier ISO, tu le mets sur une clef et tu démarres ton PC avec cette clef USB.

A mon avis non pas au niveau du GPU , il est preferable justement d' utiliser l' autre mode , afin de visualiser tous les réglages possibles .
il doit y avoir un autre reglage qui inhibe la selection " classique " du GPU auquel nous sommes habitués , possiblement amoury crate , ou autre chose .
Le mieux comme je crois l' avoir deja dit , serait de demander sur le forum asus comment proceder .
il est aussi possible que la carte graphique soit défectueuse .
en esperant avoir un retour du demandeur lorsque le probleme connaitra de nouveau développements .
