FTV a commencé à mettre des DRM un peu partout sur ses nouvelles séries.
Les anciennes vidéos sont encore dispo, mais les nouvelles ne le sont plus. Ou bien elles le sont à moitié, certaines téléchargeables, d'autres non. France TV quoi 
Sinon la dernière version est celle du 30 janvier (je vois le post d'aujourd'hui, mais la version du 26). En tout cas avec la dernière version, j'ai bien une réponse sur le lien cité (le programme sait chercher une vidéo quand on lui pagge une adresse de page web) :

<fichier> est le chemin absolu vers votre fichier de cookies, que vous pouvez mettre où vous voulez avec l'extension "Get cookies.txt LOCALLY". Ensuite connectez-vous à votre compte Google, allez sur Youtube, et avec l'extension exportez les cookies de Youtube dans <fichier>.

et j'ai une erreur sur ton lien france tv.
en flatpak Media Downloader a été compilé il y a 4 jours, Parabolic 5.
en snap la version latest/egde a été compilée le 31 janvier. il faut juste préciser cette version au lieu de latest/stable.

Sur le GitHub du projet (https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp) la release pointe vers la 2025.01.26.
Mais il y a aussi yt-dlp-master-builds où on trouve la 2025.01.30. Je pense qu'elle n'est pas encore officielle.

yt-dlp permet simplement de télécharger localement un média en ligne. les vidéos ne sont pas réencodées, ni l'audio.
si tu as un problème ça vient donc
- soit d'une erreur lors du téléchargement ou de l'écriture sur le support local (dans ce cas il s'agira plus probablement d'un petit glitch momentané ou d'une impossibilité d'ouvrir le fichier ou de lire un passage)
- soit d'une erreur déjà présente sur le média d'origine, en ligne
- soit le plus probable : un mauvais logiciel ou une mauvaise librairie (codec) utilisée pour décoder le média.
ou encore une latence (bluetooth par ex.) dans le cas d'un décalage a/v, en particulier si le logiciel ne prend pas ou prend mal en charge ce décalage inévitable (et bien notable dans le cas du bluetooth) en compensant en retardant la vidéo.
VLC intègre ses propres codec extrêmement efficaces, c'est généralement un très bon choix (si on passe sur l'interface old school et l'ux usine à gaz).
sinon les autres lecteur vidéos (comme totem ou clapper) se basent généralement sur les mêmes librairies partagées sur le système (gstreamer). il reste aussi la possibilité de les installer en flatpak ou snap, dans ce cas ils viennent avec les versions des librairies choisies par les mainteneurs ou les devs, ça me semble donc généralement être un meilleur choix pour un lecteur multimédia.
