toujours:
(WW) fglrx(0): ***********************************************
(WW) fglrx(0): * DRI initialization failed! *
(WW) fglrx(0): * (maybe driver kernel module missing or bad) *
(WW) fglrx(0): * 2D acceleraton available (MMIO) *
(WW) fglrx(0): * no 3D acceleration available *
(WW) fglrx(0): ********************************************* *

** PCI interrupts are no longer routed automatically. If this

** please email the output of "lspci" to bjorn.helgaas@hp.com

Athlon AMD64 3000+
512 RAM
carte ATI Raedon Mobility M10 9700 Generic
pilotes 8.08.25
voici les résultats à glxgears : 7899 frame in 5s = 1579,800 FPS
et pour fgl_glxgeras : 1515 frame in 5s = 303,000 FPS
PS : Chez moi, les "linux-restricted-modules" étaient déjà installés.

Re : [HOW-TO] : Installation des drivers 3d propriétaires pour ATI Radeon
bonjour a tous

-------------
glxgears
8143 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1628.600 FPS
8144 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1628.800 FPS
8144 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1628.800 FPS
8145 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1629.000 FPS
8142 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1628.400 FPScontre environ 271 FPS auparavant !
---------------
fgl_glxgears
697 frames in 5.0 seconds = 139.400 FPS
760 frames in 5.0 seconds = 152.000 FPS
742 frames in 5.0 seconds = 148.400 FPS
760 frames in 5.0 seconds = 152.000 FPS
751 frames in 5.0 seconds = 150.200 FPS
Ola

gbinks@gbportable:~$ glxgears
6593 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1318.600 FPS
7019 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1403.800 FPS
7017 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1403.400 FPS
7017 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1403.400 FPS
gbinks@gbportable:~$ fgl_glxgears
1163 frames in 5.0 seconds = 232.600 FPS
1415 frames in 5.0 seconds = 283.000 FPS
1410 frames in 5.0 seconds = 282.000 FPS
1409 frames in 5.0 seconds = 281.800 FPS
1399 frames in 5.0 seconds = 279.800 FPS
Ma config :

P4 3.2 HT
512 DDRam
ATI Mobility 9700 128 Mo
2.6.10-5-686
me donne:
fglrx 237088 0
Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".
834 frames in 5.0 seconds = 166.800 FPS
777 frames in 5.0 seconds = 155.400 FPS

Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".

Athlon XP 2800+ Barton
1Go de RAM pc3200
Radeon 9600 pro 256 Mo DDR
1024x768 (bah oui, vieil ecran) 75Hz
fgl_glxgears :
1607 frames in 5.0 seconds = 321.400 FPS
1679 frames in 5.0 seconds = 335.800 FPS
1707 frames in 5.0 seconds = 341.400 FPS
glxgears :
22978 frames in 5.0 seconds = 4595.600 FPS
23125 frames in 5.0 seconds = 4625.000 FPS
22822 frames in 5.0 seconds = 4564.400 FPS

Re : [HOW-TO] : Installation des drivers 3d propriétaires pour ATI Radeon
Bravo pour ce post tres bien fait.
J'ai suivi les étapes suivantes:
- ajout des modules linux-image-2.6.10-5-686 version 2.6.10.34, et linux-image-686 version 2.6.10-7 (je ne sais pas pq, j'avais que les "386" )
- ajout des modules
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.10-5-686
et
linux-restricted-modules-686
(idem avec les versions 386,par sécurité...)
Ajout dans /etc/modules:
agpgart
sis-agp
fglrx
modification dans /etc/X11/xorg.conf
79c79
< Driver "ati"
---
> Driver "fglrx"
80a81
> Option "UseInternalAGPGART" "no"
resultat:
glxgears
7096 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1419.200 FPS
7932 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1586.400 FPS
7932 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1586.400 FPS
7932 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1586.400 FPS
7933 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1586.600 FPS
( environ 250-300 auparavent)
fgl_glxgears
1262 frames in 5.0 seconds = 252.400 FPS
1582 frames in 5.0 seconds = 316.400 FPS
1576 frames in 5.0 seconds = 315.200 FPS
