[RÉSOLU]modifs à faire suite à assassinat de windows

Bonsoir,

Voilà,j'ai enfin virer wind...;paix à son âme!

Mais il est toujours présent sur menu.list et fstab : puis je utiliser " gksudo gedit" pour supprimer les lignes incriminées ou bien les commenter,ou alors y a t'il une ligne de commande dédiée?

j'ai essayé "sudo update-grub,ça m'a donné çà :

Mais les entrées windows sont toujours là.
j'en profite pour dire que j'ai trois menu.list :un normal,un back(qu'est pas bon)et un ~.
même chose pour fstab.

À la place de windows,j'ai créé une partition étendue,mais vide pour l'instant, en ext4,c'est la sda1.Je suppose que je n'aurais à modifier le fstab que quand j'aurais installé quelque chose dedans?

Bonsoir,
s'il s'agit bien de grub2 (karmic), il faut éditer le fichier grub.cfg

sudo gedit /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Sur les version antérieures où le fichier menu.lst existe, tu peux l'diter à la main pour supprimer l'entrée qui ne convient pas.

Pour le fichier fstab, je ne suis pas sûr de bien comprendre : est-ce de ton ancienne partition où était windows que tu souhaites supprimer l'entrée? Qu'est-elle devenue? Supprimée? Reformatée en ext3 ou 4?

Je suis sur karmic mais avec grub-legacy et ext3 car je n'ai fait que des mises à jour.

Fichier fstab :

la ligne windows est toujours là.Sda1 a été formatée en ext4 et j'ai créé une partition étendue à la place pour d'éventuelles futures installations.Pour l'instant,comme il n'y a rien dessus,il n'y a pas besoin de mettre de ligne dans la fichier?

Non en effet.
Tu peux configurer cette ligne à la main ensuite, ou utiliser un petit utilitaire qui te permet de mettre ton fstab à jour selon les partitions détectées : disk-manager. Une fois le paquet installé, il sera dispo dans le menu administration.
