Gnome-Panel plante completement !
Hello à tous !!
Bien, ce soir, ma Ubuntu me decoit un peu... 
J'ai eut des soucis avec le driver Nvidia, et aprés quelques installations, ré-installations.... quand gnome se lance, il commence à charger les barres ( les panels ) et là, l'Outil de rapport d'anomalies se lance !
L'application qui s'est arrêtée brutalement n'est pas connue de Bug Buddy ; c'est pourquoi le rapport d'anomalies ne peut pas être envoyé au Bugzilla de GNOME. Veuillez enregistrer celui-ci dans un fichier texte et rapportez l'anomalie dans le système de gestion d'anomalies approprié pour cette application.

Je ne peut pas les supprimers... je n'ai pas le temps ... le message apparait un poil trop tot...
J'ai essayé de tout désintaller, et tout réinstaller... mais pareil !
N'y as t'il pas un fichier de config à deleter ?? ( pas grave si je doit refaire tout mes paramètres )

Apparement, le soucis vient de ma partition /home qui est sur une autre partition. Je vient de tout formater la partition systeme, mais même soucis...

Bon j'ai trouvé ce qui cause le soucis... mais je voie pas le lien...
Sur une autre partition que mon /home, j'ai une image ISO de 4Go ( image d'un DVD 
) et quand je fais bouton droit de la souris -> Extraire ici, bhame !
Rapport d'erreur qui se lance, barres de gnomes planté !
Tout à l'heure, je ne sais pas ce que j'ai fais, mais a un reboot, tout fonctionnais !
Mais j'ai voulus extraire mon image ISO et ca à recommencé !
D'ailleurs l'extraction n'as pas marché en plus.

Bon j'ai regardé deux films, donc 3h plus tard j'ai cliqué sur "Fermer" du rapport d'anmolie, et au lieu de habituellement remettre les barres de menu et replanter, cette fois les barres de menu sont revenue sans plantage ! 
A rien n'y comprendre...
Donc le problème est résolu partiellement ...
Mais ce qui est sure, c'est que le soucis vient de ma partition /home..

J'ai aussi cette errer de temps en temps lorsque je fais un clique droit sur quelque chose mais c'est peut etre un probleme lié à beryl qui est en version de dev encore ou alors a cause de mon utilisation des drivers beta. Enfin c'est vrai que j'aimerais etre sur et corriger ce probleme quand meme...

Faudrait aussi faire éventuellement un memory test pour savoir si ce n'est pas la mémoire qui est endommagé (j'ai jamais fait mais grub propose si je ne me trompe pas un ligne "memory test").

Vous n'etes pas seuls... j'ai à peut près le même problème depuis hier. après avoir voulu extraire une image de 650Mo pouf, bug buddy qui m'écrit et depuis je n'ai plus de barre de menus.... et c'est la même chose à chaque démarrage, messages (environs 15 fois le même) et pas de barre de menus ni de barre de tâches...

Bonjour, J'ai un probleme tres similaire,
Dès l'ouverture de ma session, gnome panel plante
(le rapport d'anomalie est le meme que fraggie)
gnome-panel plante a repetition, toutes les deux secondes (véridique).
Et cela a le don de m'exaspérer.
débutant sous linux, je ne maitrise pas toutes les commandes du shell:
-tous les kills du monde n'y font rien,
-la suppression des preferences gnome non plus.
Comment supprimer competement le tableau de bord ??
qui me semble a l'origine du crash ??
(je manipulais les tableaux de bords peu avant le probleme
(création d'uyn deuxime tableau puis manipulation
du bouton d'accès au menu des programmes précisemment)
quelqu'un connait-il une commande pour "reinitialiser ou supprimer le tabeau de bord" ?

Résolu en 30sec par un petit sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Bon je poste peut-être un peu tard, mais pour ceux qui seront amenés à avoir le même problème, voilà ce que j'ai fait pour le résoudre. Tout simplement :
sudo apt-get install --reinstall gnome-panelEt voilà!!! Bourrin mais efficace!
Loi de Bonaldi appliquée à Linux : L’expérience prouve que c’est lorsqu’on dit « tu vas voir, linux c’est facile » que se produisent les pannes.

J'ai eu ce même problème Dimanche et la seule solution a été de créer un nouveau compte.
Je sais que ce la méthode n'est pas très belle mais depuis ça fonctionne parfaitement.

j'ai exactement le meme bug, sa crain vachement je trouve ce genre de bug c'est abusé. J'ai essayé pas mal de truc déja mais rien n'y a fait.... je continu le bidouillage et vous dit quel a été ma solution.

J'ai reglé ce problème:
"sudo rm -rf .recently-used.xbel"
&
"sudo /etc/init.d/gdm restart"
Il vaut mieux pomper d'arrache pied même s'il ne se passe rien que de risquer qu'il se passe quelque chose de pire en ne pompant pas (Shadoks)
