Impossible d'installer des paquets via synaptic

Bonjour à tous,
j'ai installé ubuntu sur une machine du boulot depuis chez moi. J'ai utilisé synaptic de chez moi pour installer pas mal de paquets et tout fonctionnait correctement. De retour au boulot avec la dite machine,
impossible d'installer quoi-que-ce-soit avec synaptic.

Quand je fais "recharger", il ne se passe rien (0/20 fichiers téléchargés) et en cliquant sur annuler j'obtiens :

De prime abord, je me suis dit que ça venait du fait qu'on utilise un proxy. Je rentre l'adresse du proxy dans l'onglet "réseau" des préférences. Là, il fait mine de télécharger quelques fichiers et au final j'obtiens :

Donc voici les questions qui me viennent à l'esprit :

- visiblement, le fait de rajouter l'adresse du proxy semble "débloquer" certains téléchargements. Quid des autres ?

- Cela peut-il venir de mon source.list ?

- Peut-être est-ce un problème de port fermé ?

Si quelqun a la moindre idée de ce qui se passe, il est le bienvenu !

Je suis surpris qu'il soit si court A une époque j'ai trifouillé pas mal là-dedans (lors de mes premiers essais d'ubuntu) et il faisait 3km de long avec tout plein de dépôts exotiques
