Clavier et souris logitech sans fil extrêmement lents !

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un clavier et une souris sans fil (Logitech, K230 et MX Performance). Je viens de me faire une config (Asus P8H77-I, Intel i5 3570K, Carte graphique intégrée Intel HD Graphics 4000). Mon problème c'est que la souris et le clavier rament :
- la souris se déplace par acoups et très doucement
- le clavier tape les lettres avec 3 secondes de retards (et en oublie certaines ou en double d'autres)
Ces périphériques utilise la technologie Unifying de Logitech.

J'ai vu certains rapports de bug similaire (ex : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … g/1037149) mais pas de solution...
Si quelqu'un a une idée... merci d'avance !

J'ai aussi cette technologie mais avec une M705 et un K800 sous Xubuntu et aucun ralentissement à signaler, au contraire c'est hyper speed même trop des fois. C'est peut-être lié à compiz? Essaye de le désactiver ou de changer de port usb ou de régler les paramètres clavier/souri différemment.

Sur mon pc portable (avec Ubuntu également) pas de problème. Les réglages n'y font rien. Quant à changer de port USB c'est très étonnant : certains ne reconnaissent pas le recepteur Unifying ; après quelques changements de ports consécutifs ça peut aller un peu mieux mais ça lagge quand même. Autre bizarerie : si je connecte une clé usb par exemple ça empire le phénomène...

En fait ça rame (clavier / souris) par périodes... En fonction du port sur lequel je branche le récepteur la fréquence des ramages peut varier (ça peut même ne rien reconnaitre du tout !). Par contre c'est vraiment que le clavier et la souris : l'ordinateur peut lire une vidéo HD et décompresser plusieurs fichiers sans aucun ralentissement pendant que le clavier et la souris galèrent...

Mouais... Tape lsmod et regarde si le module hid_logitech_dj est bien charger, puis tape sudo modprobe hid_logitech_dj pour voir si il n'y a pas d'erreur. Mais franchement je ne vois pas très bien d'où ça peut venir. Poste aussi le contenu /var/log/Xorg.0.log. Tu as bien le pilote graphique installé pour ta carte et sous quelle version buntu es-tu?

P.S. Ton lien du bug au #1 ne mène nulle part.

sudo modprobe hid-logitech-dj n'affiche rien.

Sinon concernant la carte graphique, elle est bien reconnue (j'ai installé mesa-utils) et le driver xserver-xorg-video-intel est bien installé.
Cependant j'ai eu un bug (et apparemment je ne suis pas le seul) : de façon aléatoire le système démarrait avec un message d'erreur : "system in low graphic mode..." et le log du Xorg montrait l'erreur "no screens found". Ce bug a disparu mystérieusement (depuis un moment). Je ne sais pas si c'est lié...

Tape ceci dans un terminal: sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-mouse car c'est un pilote pour souris mais obsolète, peut-être y a-t-il un conflit..? Puis reboot et poste le contenu de /var/log/syslog. Mais il y a pas mal de Xorg.0.log!:

No input driver specified, ignoring this device.

Il doit manquer qq chose dans l'install..!

Pas de changement depuis la désinstallation du driver obsolète (ça lag aléatoirement).

Autre fait très étrange : dans mon BIOS (UEFI avec souris) le clavier et la souris marchent impec. C'est vraiment que sous Ubuntu qu'il y a des problèmes. Comme ces derniers s'amplifient lorsque je branche des terminaux  usb sur d'autres ports, je pense que le clavier la souris sont bien reconnus par le driver mais que quelque chose d'autre perturbe tout ça...

Tu as bien fais une install buntu correspondante au BIOS UEFI? Car si tas autres os sont en UEFI tu dois le faire pour buntu aussi:

En effet j'ai fait une installation Legacy (non EFI). Mais comme je n'ai pas d'autre OS je ne crois pas que cela pose problème. Par contre je me suis rendu compte que ma RAM n'était pas compatible avec ma carte mère... peut-être le problème vient-il de là. Je suis en route pour en acheter une autre.

Bon bah le remplacement de la mémoire vive n'apporte rien ! J'en ai acheté de nouvelles suite à la détection de très nombreuses erreurs dans memtest86, mais il se trouve que c'est un bug de memtest (cf https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … g/1071209)... Bref retour case départ, SAUF QUE mon clavier / souris rament aussi dans le BIOS, donc je pense que c'est matériel. Au vu de ma config, si quelqu'un a une idée de pourquoi le logitech unifying rame de façon aléatoire.....

Correction : dans le BIOS il y a quelques lags, mais ce n'est pas tout à fait pareil. Par exemple le clavier et la souris marchent très bien lorsque je les connecte à l'un de mes ports USB 3.0, alors que sous Ubuntu ça ne marche jamais dans ce cas... Donc il doit y avoir quelque chose avec Ubuntu sad

Ah ok pour le UEFI, j'avais cru que tu avais w$ en UEFI. Je ne sais pas très bien où chercher mais tu as activé les ports USB dans le BIOS>usb legacy et usb mass storage sur enable? Chez moi ça fonctionne parfaitement le récepteur unifying.

Désolé j'avais pas vu que tu m'avais répondu smile
J'ai bien activé l'usb en legacy (je n'ai pas l'autre option par contre).

Autre bizarerie : si je branche mon capteur sur l'un des ports USB3 il marche dans le BIOS, mais pas sous UBUNTU...
Par contre ces ports USB3 marchent sans problème avec une clé usb sous ubuntu...

Si quelqu'un a une idée...

J'ai un souci pareil, mais c'est seulement la souris dont le mouvement est saccadé.
Ce n'est observable que sous gnome-shell. Pas de soucis sous unity, ni sur la page de login (unity-greeter), donc avant le chargement de la session.

Quelle type de session utilises-tu?

Je suis sous Unity.
Finalement ça s'est résolu : le problème des ports USB 3.0 c'est un bug connu (et dans le BIOS l'USB 3.0 n'était pas activé c'est pour ça qu'ils marchaient quand même).
Pour ce qui est des saccades j'ai déporté mon port USB avec la rallonge fournie avec la souris et tout va bien (sauf au démarrage la souris rame sur ce pc et pas sur les autres, mais bon...) : mon matériel devait faire des interférences (lorsque je branchais un périphérique, ou que j'utilisais certaines ressources...?).

Merci pour ces précisions.
Je n'ai pas de port USB 3.0, et comme la souris n'a ces saccades que sous gnome-shell je ne pense pas que c'est un souci matériel.
J'espère qu'une des mises à jour du système réglera le problème.
