Arrêter le Dual-screen

Bonjour,

Voilà j'ai un petit souci de dual-screen, en fait quand je lis une video celle-ci ne s'affiche que sur un écran et le mauvais ( comprenez le tout petit que j'allume seulement quand je programme c'est plus pratique avec deux écrans), je ne sais pas du tout comment faire pour que les videos s'affichent sur le bon voir les deux.

Je précise que je n'ai absolument pas règlé le dual-screen, ça s'est mis tout seul en clone à l'install.

Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

PS: existe-t-il un logiciel du type ati control center ( j'ai oublié de préciser c'est une radeon 9600) qui me permettrait de règler ça facilement .

Si tu as le pilote fglrx (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/fglrx), alors ceci devrait faire l'affaire :

   $ sudo aticonfig --initial --dtop=single

Ensuite, fais CTRL+ALT+EFFACER pour redémarrer le serveur X.

Je vais regarder ça mais en fait en débranchant l'autre écran le problème s'est déporté, maintenant ça marche si je suis sous metacity mais pour sous béryl et ça c'est fort dommage.

J'ai tenté la commande que tu m'as donné mais ça a répondu aticonfig command not found et puisque les drivers fonctionne ( béryl marche bien), j'ose pas trop en changer.

je suis interessé par ton cas. Je suis dans le même: dualscreen, drivers proprio et carte ATI 9600. Pour ma part, je n'ai pas de problème à passer du double écran au simple écran: je change simplement la résolution du big desktop au simple (la résolution de mon écran de portable). Par contre, je ne parviens pas activer Beryl ou compiz avec les drivers proprio. Avec les libre aucun problème... mais pas de dualscreen!
