Comment réparer 1 partition endommagée? Gparted, boot repair [résolu]
Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec Ubuntu que je n'arrive pas à résoudre seul. Désolé si je ne suis pas au bon endroit du forum ou si ce sujet a déjà été traîté, j'ai cherché mais je n'arrive pas à trouver de soluce... Pour info je suis relativement novice avec Ubuntu, je comprends un minimum ce qu'on me dit mais si ça devient trop techie... je suis paumé :-/
Le pbm :
J'ai Ubuntu + Win7 en dual-boot depuis +1an, ça marchait sans pbm. Depuis 3 jours Ubuntu n'arrive plus à démarrer, j'avais l'erreur "No init found. Try passing init= bootarg."
Après diverses tentatives, notamment une restauration du MBR avec boot-repair-disk, je n'ai même plus le dual-boot et Windows démarre tout seul sans rien demander.
J'ai lancé un live-USB avec Gparted dessus, et la partition où j'avais Ubuntu est "non allouée". J'ai lancé une "recherche" de données et Gparted trouve bien les 32GB de la partition "non allouée"... mais comment la réparer ??

Pour info, je me doute qu'il s'agit d'un pbm de disque dur. J'ai déjà fait un backup des données importantes et suis prêt à tout ré-installer si nécessaire (windows 7 + Ubuntu) pour faire un truc propre.
Je pense que ce qui a déconné est de vouloir accéder à la partition Ubuntu depuis Windows7 (une sombre histoire de dossier partagé avec Dropbox). Pour ça j'utilisais qui a peut-être tout salopé.
Enfin, j'avais déjà eu le pbm "No init found. Try passing init= bootarg." il y a 2-3 mois de cela, et le tutoriel http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=436650 m'avait permis de résoudre le pbm. Cette fois-ci ça n'a pas marché (le fsck me donnait des messages d'erreur que je n'ai pas pu sauver...)

As-tu essayé de réinstaller Grub, tout simplement?

Bonsoir...
Après diverses tentatives, notamment une restauration du MBR avec boot-repair-disk, je n'ai même plus le dual-boot et Windows démarre tout seul sans rien demander.
Tout a fait normal que tu n'aies plus de dual boot ,et que ton Windows redémarre directement, puisque tu as restaurer dans le secteur d'amorçage de ton hdd.Un MBR qui te permet de faire démarrer ta machine sur ton Windows directement...
Ce qui te permettait de faire démarrer ton dual boot ( Grub) , n'existe plus dans le secteur d'amorçage de ton disque dur, puisqu'il a été écrasé par le restauration du MBR...
Alors, puisque tu sais utiliser Boo-Repair-Disk ...
Stp , recommence, à l'utiliser, mais sans faire de réparation ,jute faire la création du rapport Bootinfo script ...
Et postes l'URL donnée dans la dernière fenêtre ici.. Çà devrait permettre d'y voir plus clair dans ta config... On verra ou en sont tes partitions, et tes OS... Merci...

Et même si gparted considère le disque comme non alloué, il est sans doute possible d'accéder aux partitions avec un navigateur de fichiers.
gparted est très sensible à la cohérence des tables des partitions et si quelque chose n'est pas correct (genre partition plus grande que le disque ou partitions se chevauchant) gparted indiquera le disque comme non alloué.

Effectivement, tu n'as plus de partition linux ext4 avec ton Ubuntu dedans ...
Tu as une partition étendue /dev/sda4, avec dedans un espace non alloué( Empty partition ) qui devait être la partition système Ubuntu, + une partition swap /dev/sda5 ...
Confirmation de ce que je disais ,Boot-repair, t'a bien restauré un MBR généric, dans le secteur d'amorçage de ton disque dur...Ce qui permet le démarrage directe de ton Windows... C'est déjà çà d'utilisable...

Ah là là !!! aller trifouiller dans les partitions linux depuis Windows avec un truc qui marche plus ou moins bien... Ce n'est pas bon ...
Linux est très bien capable d'accèder totalement aux partitions NTFS,FAT &&&... Mais pas l'invers pour Windows...
Voila ,à toi de voir ce qu'il faut faire...

Ok tant pis pour moi, oui je vais suivre le conseil et ré-installer Ubuntu + mettre les fichiers partagés sous windows/NTFS et y accéder depuis Ubuntu (et non l'inverse).
Dernière petite question : ais-je un moyen de sauver les données sur la partition disparue ?
J'arrive encore à y accéder depuis Windows avec le software "Ext2 Volume Manager" (qui je pense est la cause du foutoir, enfin...). Mais lorsque j'essaye de faire un backup des données la plupart plantent... Bon a priori ya rien de bien important donc je suis pas trop stressé, mais s'il ya un moyen de récupérer plus; je suis preneur...
Merci en tout cas à la communauté Ubuntu, c'est impec !

On peut peut être encore rechercher tes données.
Je pense qu'il est possible que ta partition commence au secteur 218437632. Peux tu tester dans un terminal en mode LiveCD
sudo dd if=/dev/sda bs=512 count=10 skip=218437632 | hexdump -Cet poster le résultat ?
Autrement il y a testdisk qui te permettra peut être de retrouver ta partition (mais pas d'écriture sur le disque pour l'instant - donc pas de démarrage de Windows...).

Cela semble correspondre à la partition de ton système. Je pense que tu peux tenter sa récupération avec testdisk (voir doc)
Par contre je ne suis pas trop expert de ce programme (qui peut être "installé" en mode LiveCD). rmy le maitrise sans doute bien mieux que moi. Je te conseille de poster sur le topic dédié à la récupération des données.
